it’s really hard to make decent money on these deliveries when gas is a factor, oil changes, new tires, and the wear and tear on my vehicle. I am grateful that I can make any money at all, but I don’t see this as a career because of how little money I walk away with. It does help me from starving to death, but it’s certainly not going to buy me a house. it’s physically demanding which I enjoy, but it doesn’t pay enough to be physically demanding and the wear and tear on my actual physical body. driving is one of my favorite things to do, I would love to be able to make a career out of driving.

Roadie is great for a semi retired person. The app runs smooth, is easy to understand and guide thru, with your choice of deliveries. It seems like it is easy to get loads especially if you have the right car for longer items, the more you take, the more you make!

It is easy to use most of the time. It’s great it shows you the route before you offer to do it

It is great when gigs are available, however there is alot of unfairness within the app. For example you can meet all delivery deadlines and still have your account locked or unable to get accepted on gig. It does get frustrating when dealing with large groups of people all trying to get the same gigs congested in one area. Another thing is delivering to apartment buildings that need access into the entrance, its becomes difficult and a hassel to get access especially if customer does not answer phone or give access with entry code or key. This hinders the performance of the delivery drivers who are stuck at that particular location for too long and faced with the task and inconvinence of having to return order to store.

Love you getting us gigs! Don’t love the lack of help on the road when needed in a pinch .Also should always direct us to the MainGate in a gated community especially in an area like Palm Springs -practically all gated! The new keys open for gates is great

I like the flexibility of seeing the job opportunities prior to putting in an offer. The platform also allows you to interact with the customer which makes problem solving during pick-up and drop-off must easier to navigate.

There are periods where I can’t get gigs. This makes it hard.

I dont like this app anymore messed up my weekly income and let bots take over with new drivers. Bid on over 500 gigs only got 4. The AI in chat support is annoying that it wont direct you to an agent when you ask. Been doing this for years and tired of things not handled with tge bots

To many empty miles…because every time we get awarded with a Gigs , we have to drive wherever we have to go, and after we delivery , we have to get back to any other store , and sometimes to do something, we have to drive around 25 miles for $10 earnings…so where is the business.??

It’s great opportunity to work roadie XD and very helpful for people to have extra income or full time. I love it!

I love driving for Roadie! I would only suggest that customer service would be more easily accessible for the drivers.

That you actually listen to the issue and have fixed some ot them . And the orders are pay more than the other driver app. Can work on the wait time of getting order 15mins is a long time on top of you dont have a alert for approved order. You just get a alert if you dont get the order. So your thinking you didn't get the order and its accepted and you dont know because your waiting 15min plus. Ive had a order waiting for hour before they refused me and I was sitting at the location

It started off great but now I’m not making nearly what I was able to make last year. Gigs are very hard to get. It appears there are way more drivers now.
