Changing the ticket to better serve my needs. Help me with a bank issue and help me double check the information on the airline website to double check if everything was correct and that it wasn't a scam.

Beware! The customer service is not honest. If you buy from this site and try to make any changes they will charge you more than the flight and additional fees. We canceled and they told us we could use the credit to book with the airline. What they did not state was that the airline will charge you additional fees just to use the credit.

I have been trying to send a review but when it comes to retrieving a code on email we’ll I can retry it but then cannot get back to review to enter it. I would like to add to my review. Jerry was very helpful in putting my mind at ease as I was very skeptical as I had never heard about Roaming mood even the name is skeptical but after talking directly to him and another agent put my mind at ease. Why calling Delta direct to purchase ticket is twice the price. I was sent my E tickets so I’m confident my trip should b great. I’ll write another review after my trip and hope my experience will put others at ease. Thank you Jerry and the other agent
