This was the first time to use Roaming Mood services and It was an excellent experience. Jerry, the customer service representative was very patient and extremely helpful with booking my flight. He was a pleasure to talk to and was able to get a great deal on the tickets. I absolutely recommend using their website and calling their support line if you have any questions or doubts. The flight I "booked" was for a standby ticket. This was not disclosed when I booked the fare. When I spoke to customer service, they acted like it was no big deal and that it doesn't matter. That's why it was so inexpensive. They then tried to sell me a ticket at 3 times my booked price that would guarantee travel. Pathetic booking procedure to skip mentioning that the ticket was a StandBy ticket. Terrible.

these guys are a total scam.
dont use this site. i got a confirmation email showing my ticket was $69. Then they called me saying that ticket is sold out and they will charge me $199/per ticket, even though i have a confirmation email showing the lower price.

these guys need to be destroyed and taken to court for false advertising, stealing customer data, wasting everyone's time, and a bad attitude altogether.

Kristina kept in constant contact with me regarding some travel changes that needed to be made and walked me through everything. Thank you for a very positive experience!

The Company shows cheap tickets online, once upon is being booked. A phone call was received afterward to tell that it was a mistake and the price went up from $199 up to $438. I then found out that they charged me $100 on top a a regular airline fees.

I called Roamingmud to cancel my flight due to family health emergency and I had chance to speak with Ben about situation that I am in. He was amazing and professional understood situation that my family is in. Right away with professional voice comforted me and informed me that due to my situation his company will not charge my card any fees. Thank you so much and god bless his heart
