Rapid fast support and amazing products at an affordable rate. Love working with Roastar!

Roastar is great and we highly recommend! They were our first choice for custom pouches needed at our company, Pickle's Dog Treats, and Amanda our CSR was super helpful and responsive. Their website is great, the CS team is always there to help, and their sampler pack is what truly sold us. We will continue to use them for all of our pouch needs in the future!

Roastar is always so informative, Helpful, and very quick to return questions. Not to mention their products are beautiful! We purchased a pre-existing company who was already using bags through Roastar and Katrina has been on the immediate frontline answering my every question, going above and beyond to get us to a place of confidence with our product! We absolutely love Roastar and Highly Recommend them!

I like Roastar but I wish that they would've let me know the proof you order for $15 is exactly like the picture of the proof. I thought it was going to be formed into an actual bag.

Also, I almost bought my bag with designs that were supposed to be on the bottom and no one notified me of it. Thank God I checked. So if you're doing a design you have to quintuple check it because no one else is going to! Just a FYI.

They only rly answer emails in the morning or at the end of the day, you have to wait for ur design to be "approved" before u buy it so if you miss those messaging times or before the weekend to buy the bags you are out of luck.

Pricing is fine for the small first order. Shipping cost isn't terrible. Also happy to support other US businesses.

Proofs were sent on the tins, which made it really easy for me to make my decision on my first order. Adrienne was very helpful and responsive to my questions about the process. Looking forward to getting my full first set of tins from Roastar.

Everything about using Roastar is so easy. It is easy to order samples, you are able to get unlimited on-demand quotes, you can work with your AE as needed, and their design templates make it easy to get your artwork looking great. Even the proof process is easy and clear, you are always able to know what step of the process you are in. Everything has been great quality, on time, and extremely seamless. Definitely takes the stress out of ordering packaging. Shoutout to Katrina at Roastar who reached out proactively and was always timely and helpful in answering questions.

My main issue is the time it takes to receive the order. Why can’t that be faster for reorders?

Great experience working with both Ashley Kreger & Ashley Thiel! They understood that I was a first-time designer creating coffee bags with little experience and were incredibly helpful in that process.
