Late. Broken. Poor customer service.
I paid for next day delivery and only half of the items arrived 5 days later with the other half being 6 days later.
Not only that but the one of the items was broken upon arrival. Customer service is slow to respond on phone, even slower still on emails and don't seem to know how they can help. Very disappointed.
Appalling service
Appalling service. 2nd weekend with half a garden furniture set. 1 box correct colour, 2 boxes including table and cushions incorrect colour. Advised as soon as delivered. 5 phone calls later by me to get an update. No update. No idea of when incorrect boxes being collected and my furniture I have paid for but still can’t use is arriving.

There was no meaningful correspondence between me and the delivery company.
The delivery was an hour earlier than the time given, and the packaging was in a poor condition and provided no protection to the item delivered.
The assembly of the lawn mower was simple and it was up and running without any problem, hence 4 stars

Good price but they use Evri as their courier. Consequently the delivery slot was missed and the item arrive some time later, after I had raised a complaint with Evri. Additionally it was left outside the property, ignoring requests to place it in the enclosed porch. If Robert Dyas used a better courier they would get five stars

I can not give a rating yet as Evri have not delivered item , all started well on your part but it has been stuck in transit expected Wednesday still nothing or any movement of item statement saying it’s delayed

I bought a HOMCOM 10000BTU portable air con unit. Good price and 10000btu. When it arrived, the noise from the compressor was terrible and after a few hours I asked to get the machine returned. A nightmare. Customer services are in South Africa. The 'Supplier' somewhere in the Midlands. I had to take and send a video of the noise problem to South Africa which they could'nt open. Eventually I was sent a link and some software to reduce the size of the video and to send the video to the UK supplier. I was offered some money to keep it and or try to get it fixed. I refused as I wanted to return it and get a refund. Fearing there would be trouble ahead I rang up my bank as I bought it with a debit card. They took the case on if I wasnt refunded. The next day the supplier agreed to refund me and didnt want the air con unit back. So I have to dispose of it. Hmmm well Ive bought a new 9000btu Netta from Amazon which has arrived and is great. Im waiting for my refund to appear.

Ordered garden furniture with a derlivery confirmed for thursday (today), only box 2 of 2 arrived, cannot put the furniture together without box 1. Customer services useless says box 1 will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days, so cpuld be next wednesday. Dont believe robert dyas delivery or staff
