Ordered garden furniture great product and kept up to date around delivery.
Now the fun begins. Ordered cladding for wall.
Had to call the customer support team which is in South Africa around misleading delivery dates and being informed there was no stock even though the payment has been debited from my bank account.
Staff there are abrupt speak too fast and tell lies informing me delivery would be day after my call.
Rubbish as still waiting. Received a delivery of end panels for decking along with clips and screws which I didn’t order.
The saga continues.

The item I ordered was dated for delivery by DX on 27th May it did not arrive. The next day after spending a great time trying to speak to Robert Dyas and DX, to no avail, I managed to rearrange a date with DX via their automated system for Friday 29th again no delivery. I am still awaiting a new delivery date from DX, and a response from Robert Dyas who I did contact via their system again.

Thought I’d made a great purchase until I put it together.metal bent in certain places that can’t be seen now I have sorted it out,so not too much of an issue.But main problem is that the left door has a big dent in the bottom of it that I can do nothing about.

Delivery was slower than anticipated and there was about 48 hours between a message that it had been shipped and and tracking information showing up which made me think it had been lost.

Promised delivery from Everi on Thursday 28th waited all day nothing arrived , waited in all day on Friday 29th still nothing.
Perhaps you consider using a more reliable carrier rather than have upsetting your customers.

Really Disappointed
Really Disappointed. The hot weather arrived so we ordered an air con unit that specifically said it would be delivered Tuesday 26th with free express delivery. No option to collect.

Delivery was then changed to Wednesday.. no reason given but ok fair enough that’s not the end of the world.
Now it is Sunday and there is still no trace of the delivery. DX are also useless as they haven’t even updated the tracking it still says it’s due for delivery Wednesday 27th. I have spoken to two customer services advisors who have both told me it will be delivered and now possibly by Tuesday but still no confirmation. At this rate we will just be asking for a refund to purchase a unit elsewhere as it’s a bit ridiculous. I can’t wait in all day every day for a delivery that doesn’t even turn up.
