Where do I start? From the moment I first walked into RGJ Windsor looking for a 40th birthday present and an engagement ring, the entire team and the experience have been exceptional.

I’m reluctant to mention names in case I forget someone, but Cheryl, Paul, Leon and Dan have all been incredibly helpful and patient throughout. I’ve never felt chased for a sale or put under any pressure. They genuinely take the time to understand what you’re looking for and, more importantly, they’re people I enjoy spending time with.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit a number of Rolex authorised dealers around the world, and RGJ Windsor is, without doubt, the best experience I’ve had. At some boutiques, I’ve been greeted with “nothing is available” before a hello, or struggled to get staff to give me the time of day.

RGJ Windsor is completely different. The level of service, knowledge, warmth, hospitality and personal attention is second to none. They’ve created an environment where you genuinely feel valued as a customer.

The RGJ team have built something truly special at Windsor, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a timepiece, jewellery or simply a first-class experience..
