I've been using Robin Hood Bingo site for while and really like it I have not had any problems and had some nice wins which they have paid out in couple of days if it's at the weekend otherwise it's usually a day. I've even won an Amazon voucher on bingo. I play on slots mainly and there are loads to choose from. You get nice bonuses and I managed to build on bonus wins met wagering requirements (always read terms & conditions on wagering) and got to withdraw real cash so I feel comfortable with this site, ultimately it's up to you how much you wager & play if you can't afford to then don't. I have played on Foxy Bingo, Red32 William Hill & few others but wasn't winning. I'm happy with this site.

Terrible site. I joint deposited £100 and they match it so I thought. Put in my £100 ching £200 shows but when I had wagered my £100 I apparently can’t have my £100 bonus until I spend another £800. Emailed their customer service to no avail. RIP off merchants and really boring bingo games. Worst bingo site I have been on.

I am sorry to hear that you have not been very happy with your experience at Robinhood Bingo. I have personally checked on your account and noted that the Payments Team emailed you in regards to your card.
When they tried to process your withdrawal to that card, the systems found that the card was not refundable. This is why they required that you send in the Wire transfer details so that we can send you the funds.
The card that you used can still be used for deposits but the card does not accept withdrawals.
I have sent you an email to provide you with some further clarifications. :)

Don’t touch it. If you withdraw funds it takes 3 days for them to agree and then I received an email saying I will receive my money on 22nd September!! We’ll see.
I played 4 bingo games and the same person won 9 out of 12 games payouts!

While you could have been lucky on Starburst on a different site, the outcome of the game is not something that we decide on or have influence on. We only host the game on our site. The game provider sets an RTP on the game and this is the same RTP which is on any other sites that offers the same game.
While you can have a big win on a game on our site, you might not be that lucky on the same game on a different site.
As for the deposit limit, a decrease in deposit limit is applied instantly and an increase is applied after 24 hours. If you can provide me with your username, I will be more than happy to look into your account.

It states that it takes 4-5 days to process through to PayPal so that is false information for one. I have contacted live chat and had no help told me to call you and I did and the phone line isn’t operating right now due to everything going on. We would kindly ask that if you are depositing with a method that is not in your name, even though you may have the account holder’s authorization to do so, that you refrain from depositing further with this method on your account. We would advise that all deposits made to your account should be with a payment method that is in your own name, as registered to your account.
You should have received an email from the Security Team with more details on this and how to proceed. Please read and reply to the email and this should be sorted out.

Fair site to be honest but I’m playing Gold train and because I am paying more per spin the scatters don’t come up, Currently have 17 gold tickets and still no scatters. Weird considering a lower spin gets me scatters on max of nine gold tickets . Im thinking will I ever win but I’m hoping so. Some other good games on the site 😊.
