Having used Robinsons Wynyard to sell our previous home, there was no hesitation in deciding to use them again. Adrienne was very professional in guiding us through the listing process and proved to be half the price of the other quote we received.

Ryan, Danni & Sharon at the Sedgefield branch. Wow, what absolutely lovely, professional people. We began renting through Robinsons almost a year ago, and from the start they were absolutely fantastic. So approachable, and the process was seamless. We then wanted to buy our first home, I went into Robinsons to ask some questions about the process and again, they were fantastic. The whole process was stress free. Even with the overlap with our rental, they continue to keep us in the loop about new tenants coming in. Their communication is excellent. I’ve never met such nice estate agents, and I’ve dealt with a lot over my time in rental properties! I was so pleased the house we were buying was through Robinsons. They cannot do enough for you, and I would recommend them to anyone. If/when we come to sell our home in the future, we will 100% be using Robinsons. Such a positive experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The sale went very smoothly from first to last.
Ryan visited on Friday measured up took a good range of photographs, advised on price .He was well prepared showed brochures of recent sales in the area.The listing went live Saturday morning. Ryan handled viewings had two booked for Tuesday and one for Friday. The second viewing put in an acceptable offer. Sold in days.
The two ladies who I spoke to in the Sedgefield office Sharon and Danni kept me informed every step of the way.

I'm trying to book a viewing to buy a flat in Luton and the guy keeps avoiding me hanging up and saying he'll call back saying he can't hear me even though my phone reception is good. He also keep saying he will call back but its me that keep calling back as I want to view the flat. This is such a bad service without even using it as yet, If I had known the owner of the property, I would encourage to go elsewhere to sell his property. However, the guy wasn't rude in his words, Just subtle in his actions, who knows, he probably don't want me to view the property

Like many of us, I do not like Estate Agents as a breed and to use the word "good" in the same sentence as Estate Agent seems to me to be an unlikely combination. However our experience with Robson's has very much bucked that trend. They sold my mother in law's house and their service was very good indeed, especially at the stage where solicitors, buyers and possibly sellers needed to be chased up. We really could not fault them. There is a proliferation of Estate Agents around Pinner and we would be happy to endorse Robson's.. Forget the rest, go to the best.

Robinsons at Sedgefield managed a difficult process with professionalism. Ryan was quick to make an appointment and had the house on the market the same day. There was plenty of interest and it was sold very quickly. Sharon and Danni were great in keeping up to date with everything and despite issues within the chain making it quite a stressful process, they were on hand to support with a sense of humour which was greatly appreciated.
