This review refers to all of the staff at the Durham branch of Robinsons estate agents. From the initial valuation of the property, to the completion of sale, the communication from everyone involved was brilliant. I would definately use this firm again if I ever have property to sell in the future.

Can't recommend Robinsons in Chester-le-Street enough. First time I have needed the service and very pleased. Michael, Michelle, Karen and Chelsea all extremely helpful and kept us up to date all the way through. And at a good price. Would highly recommend ☺

Each step of the process was explained to me and I was kept up to date by Ann, Stacey, Emily and Keighley by email and telephone. Nothing was an inconvenience to them and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future.

We recently sold a property through the Sedgefield office, all the staff were helpful, efficient and always came back to me quickly if I had any questions or queries.
