This game won't let us chat which if you know, YOU NEED IT TO TELL PEOPLE INFORMATION. I used to chat with my Xbox controller (never had a mic), now it feels empty, like those teamwork games are for nothing. To fix this you need to bring chat back (I just realized that they had to do it, or they will be BANNED everywhere) even tho my hate for roblox is true, I still have fond memories of hopping onto rivals and grinding.

so recently i have been hacked of my adopt me pets from a RANDOM player. so i did what any person would do. i reported it. and now? WHERE ARE MY PETS ROBLOX?!? I REPORTED THIS SHIT A MONTH AGO!!
anyway if you want one less player i would suggest you give me my pets back.

The new updates SUCK. Like, who even wants makeup for your DYNAMIC FACE?! This could not get any worse... could it?

My 11year old decided he wanted to redo his password and forgot it. Now we cannot log in and they will not verify his account despite the fact they have everything *and* can see the codes from used gift cards that we used on his account I would give them no stars if I could. This is more like ransomware. Do not invest your hard earned cash on this platform

I like roblox .Its just one of those games that despite its flaws ; we just dont have any replacements . Dont take me wrong , theres good games . But the moderation is hot garbage . Like theres been multiple instances where people get upset over a game and threaten to harm me irl i say something like shut up and get banned???? for what ? Also , i made a grimace shirt back in 2022 and it got taken down by roblox and mcdonalds and i got a permanent DMCA strike on my account ? And predators aswell as hackers get to roam free on this platform like its their safe haven ? you have good games but not good app moderators . Thats my take on it . Its annoying when 5 year olds get away with murder ; crying they lost a game and when you retaliate ? Ban ? serious ? This game needs a serious change in the people running the show otherwise it has good potential . I have mixed feeling about this game so im going to rate it 2 stars instead of 1 . They should have a change of C.E.O , safety management moderations all of that . They shouldnt be shipping our information just because we agreed to give our personal details for chat like thats just blackmailing children at this point . Including me . Were falsely given the promise our data is deleted yet its being uses by I.C.E agents when i dont even live in America . Bogus yet some of the games that are on there are good . Still that doesnt give you the excuse to violate someoens privacy and security like that through deception.

This platform has become borderline unplayable over the past 3-4 years. I don’t believe for one second that removing players freedom to customise, interact and create is in any way “benefiting” the platform. The moderation has gotten worse since 2025, predators now have a borderline buffet of what vunerable children they want to prey on and the corrupt higher ups and CEO are turning a blind eye and raking in profit. There’s nothing left on this website but money hungry trash-developers, borderline pedophiles and hidden potential being screwed over by the company.

My account was banned for a minor infraction. Though harmless, they allow cheaters, scammers, and pdfs to with open legs to roam around and infest the games like cockroaches. Admin really are a bunch of scammers.

Uhm, this is a player from October 2021, and DANG, has Roblox downgraded. I used to play this game a lot more, but now I only play Social Baseplate, and it's barely enough entertainment. There are so many flaws, especially now. Chat was something created at the very beginning of the game. It helped players communicate with one another and help build better friendships. In late 2025, Roblox announced that they'll remove chat for people who didn't do an age check. Why, you might ask? This goes back in early 2025. Schlep, a Roblox player, helped protect Roblox kids from Haiji Towa IRL. (iykyk) Roblox then was like, "Nah, we'll ban him." and sent him a Cease and Desist order. "What's a Cease and Desist order?" dw, I gotchu. It's a legal piece of paper, or a digital email, command from a court/government agency, forcing a party (a group of people I'm pretty sure.) to discontinue their illegal actions. In other words, Roblox told Schlep to stop protecting children from the predators.

Roblox is selling information to ICE. Many people who play Roblox, have had their personal information given to ICE. This is a severe sign of corruption from the US government, which should not be happening.

Roblox home of the pedofiles. Had a grown man trying to talk to my child. Told Roblox and they did nothing. They also refuse to delete my profile. I'm threatening legal action. Everything they have told me I've done and they still won't delete my profile. Roblox NEEDS to be put of business. If I could give negative stars I would! Don't ever sign up your children for this stupid game! Too many sick perverts on here that prey on small children. Roblox should be held accountable for every circumstance! And I'm not going to stop until I win and they go out of business and get rid of my information like I've asked over a dozen times!

Their “Customer Support” is non-existent, the whole system is filled with bots, AI and automated messages that will 90% discard your tickets immediately. You’d better pray you’re one of the few lucky to get your tickets reviewed, or just don’t waste your time on this. They want to cut costs and do not want to do their jobs.

I have submitted ticket to transfer value of redeemed voucher from dormant to active account. My daughter made genuine mistake. Was told a misleading not factually correct info and rebuffed for not reading up on link with self help - which was not helpful in this case. Ticket ref 167877653

Roblox, i've played since 2019, it was fun then. Now you ban people helping the game be safer, remove our classic faces, force us to give you our faces, say you will delete them, yet a databreach revealed all of them. You are just ruining the game.

I am a 7-year veteran user of Roblox (Account: eltonpro100) with a completely clean history. I am filing this complaint because Roblox Support has refused to acknowledge technical evidence proving that my account was compromised.
On the day of my ban, I suffered a massive security breach on my personal accounts, which was officially flagged by Google as a "Critical Security Alert." I have provided Roblox with the official alert from Google that confirms unauthorized access at the exact time of the alleged violation. Despite this, Roblox continues to hold me responsible for the actions committed by a third party (hacker) during the breach.

My case is supported by:
Official Google Security Alert: Technical proof of a hack.
Purchase Receipts: Verification of my identity as the account owner.
7-Year Clean Record: Demonstrating that the alleged "Child Safety" violation is inconsistent with my long-term behavior.

I used to play starting in 2020, but their AI moderation, false moderation, the fact their platform has almost no good games, and age checks with a provider rumored to run hundreds of background checks on you, has truly pushed me to quit the platform. As of now, there are petitions with hundreds of thousands of signatures designed to petition for a new CEO to take over Roblox, for the better, and undo some of their bad actions, like removing classic faces which ruined the economy, banning one of the most famous predator catchers that protected kids from being groomed, or possibly worse.
