I had to visit the shop in Madrid twice to place an order. The first time, the staff was not helpful at all, and I left the shop feeling unsatisfied. Later, I had to write an email to ask about my pre-order, but I received no response. As a result, I went to the shop a second time, as I was very determined to order what I wanted. On that visit, the experience was different — I was assisted by a staff member from Switzerland, and I was finally able to purchase what I wanted. However, to this day (almost three months later), I have still not received any information about the delivery status.
