The refund was initially processed on the 19/09 but didn’t go through until 23/09 (hence your worry on this matter), we had a slight change in systems over that period which is now fully up to date.

Good quality well made ring.
Lovely design the ring fits comfortably on the hand. The stone is vibrant and I get a lot of compliments from friends and family. The price was not bad either. I love this purchase, and would recommend Rocks and Co.
