£1500 diamond ring falling apart and Rocks & Co are ignoring me
I paid £1500 for a diamond ring. After a year a stone fell out and each time I called customer service they kept telling me to call back another time as no senior managers were available so I never got anywhere. I kept wearing the ring as I still loved it and now another year later another diamond has fallen out. This time I decided to email so the issue could be passed on to the right person but I have just been ignored. The ring has been well looked after and I have never had any issues with anything else I have bought from Rocks & Co so I assume it was a quality issue on this one item - but when I needed customer service, they didn’t care. At all.
** UPDATE** Interesting a public review got such a rapid response, when none of my own private phone calls or emails received any form of acknowledgment, and to date still haven’t. I guess addressing the public platform takes priority over actual customer service. Also a shame the alleged “good will gestures” were not forthcoming when I contacted Rocks & Co several times within the one year point.
