the worst support in the world

My account was hacked in Rockstar, and then I got banned in GTA Online because of that. After that, I started writing to support saying that my account was hacked. In the first ticket, they replied that the punishment was issued correctly. In the second ticket, I explained that I was hacked, but they said I needed to report a hack. The third time, they just wrote to me 'we will reset your password,' even though they didn’t reset it. Their anti-cheat, BattleEye, is the worst thing possible; it can’t detect real cheaters unless they earn a lot, but if a cheater somehow gives you money, you get banned, and also an HWID ban. Support doesn’t want to deal with anything at all. What can I say when one programmer just managed to make it so people get banned for no reason, and it’s impossible to appeal?

Terrible support.

So i had an issue with being unable to link my Steam with my Rockstar account. After more than !!!1 WEEK!!! to get a reply, the reply i received was absolutely useless and not even directed towards my problem. For a multi-billion company, this is utterly crazy...

Is not helpful at all with getting my…

Is not helpful at all with getting my account back. Ive lost my email account and they expect me to know the exact date when I created the account YEARS ago. They also want me to list the nickname that the account has but I dont know it because once again I dont have the account. They have closed over 7 tickets from me already because of "Lack of Information". How can I get the information from an email I no longer have access to.

The Constant Harrassment by Rockstar…

The Constant Harrassment by Rockstar voice/text notifications is ridiculous. For 1 they don't look into it as I been harrassed for helping people in game chat with tips and right away rockstar harrassment starts..another instance I was not on mic or text when the harrassment started as that what it is.. I not into Racism, I don't scream yell on mic ..I love joking around but rockstar has a country running things that got sticks up their asses and do not care that they constantly harrassing legitimate players. I have recently lost all communication due to the lack of incopitance on their part.. people with lawyers this easy mills to be made off the company as in the end it is harrassment by incompitant people they hired to save money.. very Disappointed Gta'er who always helped regardless of Race unlike them. Very Disappointing but yet the ones who should be are left alone..

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is absolutely shocking. My steam account is linked to rockstar via an email address I know longer have access to. Totally forgot to change this when I changed internet providers. Have explained this to rockstar and they refuse to change my steam link to my new email address. Just fob me off and mark the game as solved so can no longer play most my rockstar games on steam. Waste of money and they’re living in the dark ages.

SUPPORT DONT HELP

Because of the recent twitch drops i wanted get back to play. it like 8-10years i played the last time and i lost access to my email long ago because it got hacked and im not able to get it back. EA could fix my problem with live support in like 15minutes talking with them.
rockstar give only automated or copy/paste answers and instant close the ticket without even talking with me and tell me what they would need! worst support i ever had! thanks for nothing. never ever again i will buy any rockstar game!

love ROCKSTAR GAMES

WOW this is best game support service i ever witnessed

i had in 3 years many problems with my gta online account , one time 2023 account got stolen from Modder and support gave me back my beloved gta online account legit level 596.

modders then destroyed or corrupted cloud save 2 times and 1 time some modder destroyed online mode for me completely forcing the game into offline story mode .

everytime the R*support helped me as fast as possible and within couple hours all the problems with my account was solved

Rockstar Games Support is AWESOME very much thank you for Helping me

0 star absolute joke. The game constantly crashing trying to do sell missions game crashes tried to sell 2 separate high end cars and both occasions game crashed and lost the cars and the money it cost to mod them for the sell mission I spoke to silks k and Grace c from rock star support both said they can't sort the issue on live chat and both said they will email me and guess what folks no email I had Grace c on chat when she said I have emailed you I throughly checked my emails spam as well nothing when I told her this she just kept saying I can only continue this through email and cut the chat

Pretty awful

This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have had to deal with. A mix of automated and unhelpful replies which send you in circles.
Tickets are closed as "Resolved" instantly, and you get an automated response.

Horrendous customer service (if you could even call it that)

Horrendous customer service (if you could even call it that), just a load of automated emails that don't actually fix your issue. When the ticket creation system *actually* works, you get a rubbish response saying there 'isn't enough information', then they just close the ticket. The forms for ticket submissions don't allow much information, so how am I able to include all relevant information if the form doesn't have it and you won't let me reply to it? Because once a ticket is closed, it's closed.

Ridiculous service. Didn't have this problem with EA, Blizzard or Steam.

Corrupt and exploited hacked game with racist moderators, admins and management with many in-game issues, problems and glitches/bugs lethargic sickly game - smelly fishy game trashed and recycled you can clearly see and experience the lack of care responsibility and neglect really corrupt from the core and all-round full of cheaters, griefers and hackers a total exploit game.. stay away from it for your we'll being sake and mentality spirit and health it's a real blocker nerve wrecking wreck and extremely annoying
