Wouldn’t trust this company. They sent my item to a wrong address and wouldn’t refund me until they got it back.It was their error! They never sent it to me in the first place. Luckily the person they sent it to communicated with them to send it back.

If I could give minus stars I would ordered a bottle of Gordon's Orange Gin, paid for next day service, was well excited to finally have a bottle (can't find it anywhere) as treated myself for Christmas, to open it and its a bottle of red wine, contact their customer service to be basically called a liar as they don't stock that wine in their warehouse! THEY CLEARLY DO, BEACUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE SENT ME!!

Ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon yesterday and it arrived today - and it's only a week before Christmas too! Very impressed! Well packaged, super price, no damage, all good - would definitely use them again!

Quite upsetting really. Ordered a present and was sent the wrong item. No apology at all when I emailed, just got told I needed to wait in the next day for a replacement and would have to repackage the original item upon arrival of the correct item for the courier to take immediately. We'll see how that pans out tomorrow.

A lot of effort on my part for a mistake their end. I already had to wait in my house all day for the original parcel.

I mean fair play for the quick replacement...but as it was Roisters mistake, surely you don't want to be pressuring customer to send items back to you in the middle of a pandemic. Why not let them keep the incorrect item as a gesture of goodwill? I hope that you're quarantining the parcels when they get back to you as god knows the different houses these items have been around.

Orderd a bottle of Dom Perigion champagne with the gift box for my brothers 40th birthday this week. Delivery service was excellent, it arrived super quickly, unfortunately the bottle, box and presentation was all damaged due to the way it was packed. Contacted Roisters with photos and was offered another bottle to be sent out but they couldn’t guarantee it would be checked for any damages before being shipped out to me. Very disappointing and had left me with a birthday present short due to delivery’s arriving in time from other company’s. Will not be purchasing or referring to friends and family as the service is really poor and there clearly isn’t any warehouse checks before items are being sent out! Awful experience!
