The blind itself is exactly what we wanted. However, I am rather concerned about the quality and sturdiness of the cord. We paid a lot of money to get the right kind of material etc for our new bathroom. I do feel that several cheaper blinds that we saw in various home shops may have been of better quality and value.

Very pleased with the two roller blinds purchased from you but disappointed to find a limited choice in roller blinds over 200 wide. As most were available in 200 wide maximum.

Quality exceptional.

We ordered 3 roller blinds for our room. We ordered 1 initially and it was perfect, then ordered 2 more. However, they were really, really tight into the alcove. One was down to the alcove being slightly narrower at the top (so no bracket on one side and blind drilled into wall) but the other one is exactly as ordered and we had a big problem getting the brackets in - and even then could not use the pre drilled holes and had to bodge the job. We followed the measuring advice so would seek advice next time.
The blinds are excellent though

The service was fault free from start to finish and the blinds are just what we hoped for. The sample service helped us make sure we were choosing the right fabric and the measuring guidance was especially easy to use to make sure the fit is just right.

It's a great website to use. Free samples were sent put really quickly, the online guide to measuring is good and easy to follow, most importantly thought the actual blind is just what we wanted and not like anything we had found elsewhere.

A good quality product. Easily fitted. Measurements were exactly as requested. Delivery was on time and in good condition. Price was good. What more could you want?

This company were brilliant,when I had problems trying to order on my iPad I was contacted straight away with full instructions on how to do this.
I placed my order of two blinds which they advertise will be delivered in 5 working days and sure enough on the promised day the package arrived, I was very impressed by the packaging--- really strong box with reinforced edges, no way the goods could get damaged!! And inside the blinds carefully wrapped.Well done Roller Blinds if only all companies were like you,and thank you for a great product we were well pleased!!!!!!!!

Having larger than average windows, RollerBlinds solves the problem of finding blinds to fit. The sample service is great and the blinds (I have just ordered my third) are really well made and fit perfectly. My husband is especially happy he doesn't have to cut blinds to fit anymore.

I sent dimensions to fit 40mm over the frame on both sides. I received blinds very quickly, in the end I fitted them inside of frame as that is how wide they were cut.
I just could not be arsed to report it there would have been weeks of debating. I have got quite used to this kind of slap dash service off British suppliers.
