Came well packaged and with easy to use instructions, even my husband could work it out, which is saying something. Sizing was easy and is exactly the colour we wanted. Perfect finish to my en-suite😃 kaz.

I was very impressed with the service provided, the quality of the blind was good, samples had been sent to me previously and they arrived the very next day. The blind itself arrived exactly as they said it would and when I encountered a problem (of my own doing) my new tiles were thicker than my previous ones hence my measuring was out, they were very good at trying to help me with a solution. All round a very good service, quick and easy online, very knowledgable and helpful on the phone, I would use again.

Process was straight forward with easy to follow instructions. Extensive range with useful sample option. Good quality product, am delighted with my rollerblind.

Pleased with my choice of colour and pattern - having received samples quickly we were able to choose and purchase without delay.
Only complaint is that 2 blinds were ordered but only one set of fixing screws were supplied.

As an elderly couple we finally made the decision to dispose of our bath and just have a walk in shower. Unfortunately the shower space was underneath the window and I was worried about the water on the glass. I looked on the Internet and found these fantastic waterproof blinds. The measuring, ordering and delivery were all very efficient and our problem was solved. Brilliant!

The blinds are lovely, and arrived very quickly. We had specified that they were to fit into the window alcove in both cases, for which we gave the measurements. One was fine, the other one was very marginal on fitting into the alcove, but did so by as whisker, phew! So measurements are crucial. Now it is in place, there's no problem at all. Maybe we should have spoken to or emailed someone to clarify how measurements are interpreted when ordering.

Just what we needed...lovely colour, perfect material, well made and great service - really appreciated the option of getting a sample of the material before purchasing. Only problems experienced: Pull chain is delicate and breaks easily when trying to raise blind and we received no fitting instructions.

Website clear and user-friendly. Speedy dispatch of samples. Prompt dispatch of blind. Slightly odd over-packaging. My main issue is with the white plastic cord for the roller blind. This came apart on very first use, and it took me a while to figure out how to fix it, as the blind had been put up by my builders. In general I think these white cords look really tacky and cheap alongside what is otherwise a very good product. I wish you'd offer a choice of a better cord.

I'm so pleased with my blind. It's great value and nice to have something that fits perfectly,I would recommend them to anyone!!

The measuring and ordering processes for our roller blinds were simple, after a little clarification on measurement from a very friendly customer services to make sure we'd got it right. The blinds were made up and delivered within 5 days, a very impressive service. The quality of the blinds is up there with the best, they fit perfectly, look excellent and run very smoothly. We are totally satisfied with the installation, they enhance our conservatory windows very well and keep the sunlight under control. I would definitely recommend this company.

Everything was top quality, easy to use website, very quick provision of samples, easy to order and good value. I'm very pleased with the final result. However, I wish they had also provided screws and rawlplugs. Overall, though, highly recommended.

having found myself unable to get window blinds from high street stores that would both fit and complement my home, I found RollerBlinds.org and haven't looked back! From sending free samples of fabric to help choose the correct colour, to a prompt and accurate delivery, I cannot fault them at any point. This is a very cost effective way of having bespoke blinds in your home, perfectly measured for any window. Highly, highly recommended.

Matches my new kitchen brilliant!

We are thrilled with the blinds we ordered, we ended up having 3 lots of samples sent, all free of charge and when we finally ordered our blinds, all 4 of them arrived within 5 days of placing the order, they look fabulous. My only criticism is that I wish the cords were either colour matched or metal, the white plastic is slightly cheap looking.

while looking online for some blinds to finish off our kitchen we came across Roller blinds web site, sent off for a sample and from that we used the clear information on measuring the windows and placed an order for two blinds. which arrived promptly & well packed.
the whole experience was a lot easier than burning up shoe leather etc going around shops and finding either the perfect material but in the wrong size or the right size blind but in an unsuitable pattern.
the roller blind mechanism operates very smoothly.
we will be buying again from Roller Blinds.

The photo's on the website are really good so I was able to make a confident choice. The blind was exactly as pictured and finishes off my new bathroom. Very happy with this company.
