I ordered a motorised Roman blind in a…

I ordered a motorised Roman blind in a gold velvet. Not the easiest of thing to make. But I am delighted with the result. Well made, lovely material and hangs beautifully. We charged up the battery and put it up ourselves with the easy to follow instructions online. It looks so good. I would go to this company again to have other blinds made.

Wrong blind, no replacement

Ordered 2 blinds for 2 windows, beginning of February. Took several weeks to arrive, which would have been fine but they sent the wrong blind for one (not no-drill). You then can't get hold of them via phone as they use an AI triage which tells you to email them. I've emailed them several times now. First of all they said they'd send a some sort of adapter to make it the no-drill kind, which I queried. They were planning on sending me the wrong colour chain. I emailed again. This was back in February, it's now the 23rd March, still no replacement blind....

Difficult to Fit

Blind eventually came after a very long wait. When it arrived it fitting was impossible. The wall fittings supplied are just flimsy and not up to the job. Not at all easy to fit and you need two people. Expensive blind for size and would not order again unfortunately

Blinds look great now they are…

Blinds look great now they are installed, the stitching is neat and they fit fine. The materials are nice and the colours are really lovely.
The clips/brackets supplied for fixing them to the ceiling are terrible though, when moving the arm to lock them in place you struggle to secure the blinds and they dont feel as though they are locked in place. Also as my blinds are for doors I think you should have supplied longer chains for pulling the blinds up and down. 2 minor issues but an otherwise positive experience.

Awful product and worse customer care. Avoid

We spent over £500 on a large Roman blind that was crooked and poorly stitched. We immediately asked for a replacement and they belaredly got back to us agreeing to this. We then didn't hear from them for over three weeks, after chasing they admitted that they hadn't done anything to action the replacement and requested new photos (we had already provided some showing that the blind was hanging at an angle even though it was level at the top) with a tape measure next to it so that they could deal 'with the sizing problem'... there never was a sizing problem. We wanted them to remake the blinds to the original specifications but just do it properly. They are now saying thet need to do this to determine if they should be remaking them at all, even though we have clearly demonstrated that the product is faulty and they agreed 6 weeks ago to replace them. The blind is very large as it covers a French door, they provided the same number of brackets as the small window blinds we bought, and one of them is loose and not gripping the rail at all. The blind unsurprisingly keeps falling down; they are aware of this and the damage it is doing to our walls but we're now over 2 months in and still no replacement. In summary, they provided a shockingly bad product and we have been subjected to belligerent unhelpful customer service trying to get it resolved. Save yourself the stress, use anyone else.

Made quickly but had issues

Blinds were made and delivered very quickly. However one was too big and it has taken weeks to get them to agree to replace it. The no-drill option is not worth the money, either they are too small for the window or just slide down. The blinds made for recess windows seem to be made to exact measurements so I would allow for this.

Great quality, selection and service

Totally Unbelievable.

Informed the blind has been dispatched and delivered??? Not received. Told it would be delivered on the 6th January (NO)
Delivered the 7th January (NO) and so forth until today. Oh guess what the 12th January.
STILL NO BLIND. Quite honestly I am lost for words about your Company and that pretty awful delivery company.
Will wait and see what tomorrow brings!!
