The Roman blind I ordered was exactly as I had imagined. It came in the time frame stated, it was well packaged and I found it easy to install.
I had regular updates from the company which I found considerate and helpful.

Just what we wanted, made beautifully and came on time. We gave had several of your blinds and curtains o er the years and have never been disappointed!

More communication would have been useful giving details that item had shipped etc.

If I could give half a star I would! Ordered Roman blinds weeks ago to be given a dispatch date to then be told they were out of stock a day after a dispatch email! Reorderd with a guy called Johnny M with a guaranteed “in stock dispatched in days!” Guess what after calling today 05/12/25 THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK! Avoid this company such a let down! Refund requested!

We have ordered repeatedly from Roman Blinds Direct, the quality is second to none.
5 star service.

The blinds were fine but the follow-up spam messages asking me to write reviews are a real pain. I've found it hard to unsubscribe from them, you can't just click the unsubscribe button but have to go to a website and mess around. There are so many blind companies that for this reason I would use a different one next time.
If this sort of thing doesn't bother you, then this company's blinds are as good as any.

Really lovely blinds, good quality, bought a matching light shade which is also good quality . Very happy with everything .

one of the pull cords were fitted on the wrong side

Paid for 2 day delivery on top of normal delivery still took 2 wks . Hard crispy hooks don’t think they are durable will be easy snapped .blinds are like paper.won’t be ordering from them again

I ordered 2 Roman blinds for my kitchen. The material was highly patterned and the pattern has been matched from the top for both blinds. I’m really happy with the finished items. The cost was competitive and the service exceptional.

Blind took a while to be delivered but that was down to the courier. Once arrived delighted with quality, mechanism and overall look. Really happy and will use again

Beautifully made Roman blind. When ordering the website explained there needs to be a join due to the size of the blind so i expected this to be slightly visible - the blind arrived and the join is completely invisible even when i tried to work out where it was. Fantastic work, easy to order, quick delivery with great communication.
