this is an official review and reflection on my experience while onboarding with Romans. Melanie Santos at the head office out of others I spoke took a personal approach in helping me with what was a very stressful time. Along with our deadline to move out of the property mixed in with pressures of moving town, Melanie provided invaluable help and kept on top of my case. Even when there was complications in the application she provided me with solutions and answered the phone anytime, which I know she would've had to manage because I am aware theres probably many others she's assigned to. This shows me she values her position and the way Romans is represented in terms of professionalism. I'd like this review to also be a thankyou to her for making the process easy for me and my family. If I had a business I would want my employees to take it as personal as Melanie Santos does because its reassurance of a job well done! Thankyou Melanie and good luck with your future endevours.

We have rented a property through Romans in Bracknell for 18 months. Our property Manager, Sarah Boyens was always very professional, friendly and helpful. She always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues and followed up with us to ensure that the work had been done. Our leaving process was very clear with helpful tips and guides to what needed to be done.

I have recently rented a property in Bracknell which is managed by Romans. My heartfelt thanks to Donna-Marie Brant, Charlotte Travers, and Salome Correia and who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. Donna-Marie Brant – the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.

I was really impressed with Romans, Lorraine Eivers did an amazing job of updating us ever week and keeping on top of both us and the sellers to make sure the process was as quick and easy as possible, she was fantastic. The rest of the team were also excellent, when ever we spoke to them they were able to give us quick, accurate and up-to-date information on what was happening, they all seemed to work and communicate very well together.

Just spoke to Richard re an enquiry to let a property within the next 2 months. The property I called regarding is not available but Richard was friendly, understanding and very helpful with registration. Hopefully a suitable property will become available soon. Thank you Richard.

I actually chose Romans to sell my property as the property I am looking to purchase is also through them and I thought it made sense, although had to negotiate a better rate in comparison to other Estate Agents. I have to say to date I have been impressed with the service received, the organisation seems very professional and there were a couple of things that I thought were excellent ideas such as having the Sales Team come round and see my house, meet me and ask any questions plus I could point out what I thought were the key selling points for my house. Having a professional photographer was also another nice touch and I hope that his skills help to sell my property! I found Jack Barton to be very professional and also liked that there was no pressure, I explained my current situation and he assured me that if I wasn't able to secure the right property I could withdraw from Sale.

The communication from start to finish was appalling. I was not made aware when my offer was accepted that the company accepting my offer, did not physically own the property and that it would be very hard to get a mortgage, due to the term of ownership. I then applied for mortgages and learnt this when I had already gone through the motions. I had to endure three mortgage applications due to not being told first hand that Springmove did not physically own the property at point of offer acceptance. If this had been communicated early doors by Romans, I truly believe the whole purchase would have been less stressful and quicker.

I ended up having to email the seller direct to also push things forward as no one at Romans seemed to want to pull their finger out and told myself that ‘i was too emotional’- great Customer service there. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone.

I recently put my house up for sale with Romans, its my own fault that we have removed it from the market, we just cant find anything we like elsewhere. I honestly cant fault Romans, their customer service and communication has been 10/10. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to come back to them when we do decide to put our house back up for sale. Thank you so much.

Romans have managed our property portfolio for over 20 years. During the more recent years, Lisa Fazal has been the property manager of a number of our flats in Bracknell. She has responded promptly to arrange any necessary maintenance required, and followed-up with ourselves and the tenants to make sure that everything has been concluded in a satisfactory manner. The tenants are happy, we are happy and she deserves full recognition
