Great customer service allowed me to take my time without being pushy despite my indecision.

After a long search at various other furniture stores I came to see Lauren at Roomes Upminster.What a lovely shopping experience it was ! A huge stock of top quality furniture and accessories. Large Choice of materials. Lauren was very knowledgeable about the products and was not at all “pushy” I chose a beautiful G Plan sofa while sipping a lovely cup of tea. Lauren is a credit to the company and I will recommend anyone looking for quality and good service to visit Roomes at Upminster I will certainly go there first when I’m looking to buy again !

There was a wide range of styles of furniture and furnishings on display. The staff were knowledgeable but not intrusive. They don’t do the hard sell that you get at other chain stores.
