Luca was a brilliant fitter and kept the job on track with his subcontractors leaving us with a beautiful kitchen. The units are excellent quality and everything ran very close to timescale.

Lucas certainly knows his job and sorts out any problems very quickly.

Loving our new kitchen, designed by Andreas, who took the time to understand what we wanted. The kitchen was professionally installed by Steve Martin, who kept us informed at all stages, and kept disruption to a minimum - very important as we're both working from home. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve. All in, a fantastic job!

We visited a number of kitchen showrooms for a mid priced kitchen. We were extremely disappointed with the quality that we found from so say home brands. We stumbled across Roomsense and were amazed from start to installation of the kitchen. Andreas our consultant designed a second to none kitchen for our home, the quality of the units and drawers are fabulous for a mid priced kitchen. But the fitting was second to none, Steve our kitchen fitters was an absolute genius. He turned a mid range kitchen in to a high end wow kitchen. We have done the research and visited all the competitor showrooms. Save your energy give Roomsense a call, I would be very surprised if you were disappointed.

In January 2023 I had a new kitchen fitted by Roomsense. I was so happy with the excellent service I received from start to finish that I chose to use them again to fit my new bathroom.
I was not disappointed.
Extremely professional from start to finish. Fantastic service again by Chris and the team. Any questions I had were responded to immediately. I was given great advice and ideas on how to transform my bathroom.
The fitter Peter arrived promptly everyday and was extremely polite and efficient at all times.
I would 100% recommend Roomsense.

Because I hav mobility problems i needed a kitchen deign that accommodated my needs. Roomsense provided an imaginative design, the kitchen units are lovely and specially designed to give me maximum access. my only caveat is that communication between Roomsense, myself and the installer, Lucas was not entirely effective. However, the work started on the day promised and snags which emrgded, ( inevitable in an almost 200year old house wer resolvedpromptly, efficiently ad in some cases creatively by LUCAS, the outstanding installer. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently and to a very high standard. He was polite, reassuring and undemanding, I am amazed at the high quality of his work and would definitely recommend him
as an installer. I would recommend Roomsense on the quality of their product, the expertise of their design and their choice of an outstanding installer!

Excellent kitchen designed by Andreas.
Ian helped a lot with customer services when andreas was away.
Lucas installed the kitchen with great competency,he installed the tiles with great care before fitting the kitchen.
Would recommend Lucas for kitchen installation services.
Quartz & splash back were installed beautifully and with great care!

Had my kitchen fitted by Lucas he was very helpful and trustworthy and respected my property would highly recommend him. However with regards to customer service with the kitchen company although the kitchen was ordered and fitted by them be aware they do not take away any packaging and when I challenged this was met by a hostile response with an attitude you wouldn’t expect to receive. It seems to me that once they have your money the customer service stops. I must Jay and Ian were very helpful and eventually issues with taking away the rubbish was resolved as a good will gesture.

Very Trustworthy, left keys with them while we was away.
Lucas was a great fitter, went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble.
The quoted 3 weeks turned into 5 as the worktops need to be cut and was not told this when ordering.
Other than that delay, would highly recommend.

Just completed my kitchen renovation. To the charming Jeff the designer, to the adorable DJ the surveyor and to the fitters Viktor and Dana. A professional team who were prompt, never stopped working in the work they completed. They were polite, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of my property. Nothing was to much trouble for them and also advised me on some changes, which I was happy to go with . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Happy with my new kitchen.

We recently had our new kitchen installed by Roomsense, from the start it was mostly a positive experience. We had long discussions with Jeff on what we wanted from the kitchen, he then designed it taking into consideration our requirements.
Next came DJ who was the surveyor who was very good and made a few tweaks to make it fit, there were certain items that we purchased privately as we already had a vision of how we wanted the end result to look.
Then came the start of the fitting, the first units delivered were the wrong type however, that was soon remedied by Themis who intervened and sorted it promptly. The final part of the process was undertaken by Steve Martin the kitchen fitter, Steve was a true professional, he came in every day promptly, got on with his work, cleaned up behind himself every day with out fail, he was polite and very respectful and made a brilliant job, overall I would say we are very pleased with the service we received and the end results.

I am very happy with my new kitchen and couldnt rate the fitters Viktor and his partner more highly for the quality of their work and their professionalism. The design didnt correspond completely to our ideas but the survey then resolved some of the issues. The sink we received was the wrong one but was immediately changed with no fuss. We changed the colour of the units and worktop after the original order - which was no problem. The quality of the units is good and the final result is very pleasing and for a very competitive price. Communications with the head office were easy and they were always willing to respond to my questions. It is good if the customer is very clear about their needs.

This company does not deliver the service they sell you. We were sold the dream package of supply and fit and assured that all would be taken care of and that we would have “nothing to worry about” as the project would be managed and monitored by Roomsense.
On starting the project, we realised there was no one overseeing the works. We got pointed to the Terms & Conditions to find out that they do not project mange the fitting and that we are expected to do this. We would never have agreed to this as we both work full time.
The installation has been a very frustrating process as there have been many problems along the way with both the supply of the wrong units and poor workmanship. For example, some of the wall units were hung off vertical and recessed wiring was channelled in the wall on a diagonal (this is not compliant to basic health and safety requirements). They missed off two drawers that were on the original design until we pointed out that they were missing, they did though put this right. We had an ongoing dispute about a pull-out larder we always thought was part of the original design but was missed off the spec, we agreed to purchase this as an extra unit to find on our return home that a swing out unit had been fitted. The excuse we were given for this was ridiculous. We gave up trying to get them to fit one and decided to order it and fit it ourselves….much to our ongoing frustration.
Throughout all of the problems we were left to deal with the installer and get these issues put right amongst many other snags.
We are paying clients …. We felt more like employees…it should not be our job to make sure their company’s work is up to the standards they advertise. Roomsense have sourced, engaged and instructed the installer and therefore they are legally subcontracted to the company. So, whatever they tell you they are liable for their work and faults made by them.
This fit of a small kitchen took 5 weeks of ongoing aggravation to get near what we had expected and were sold. Still the finishing was not to the standard we had first discussed, and I don’t think it is because I am a ‘difficult customer’ as described by them… we paid a lot of money and were assured of the highest level of workmanship.

No complaints with roomsense the fitter Steve is amazing the work he does is to the highest standard he did my kitchen and it is amazing he went above and beyond

Disappointing experience with Roomsense for Mum and Dad. Under counter fridge that was fitted wouldn't stay closed, this was reported immediately in July 23 by email with photographs and 8 months later on 25/03/24 a fitter attended and the issue has finally been resolved. Roomsense and the manufacturers seemed to keep going around in circles neither side taking responsibilty so we had to log a formal complaint and push very hard to get it fixed. Overall stressful situation that should have been avoided and we wouldn't recommend them.

We have recently had our kitchen installed and the whole experience by using Roomsense was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The start - Andreas patiently listened to and accommodated our design needs to provide the best layout within our budget.
The finish - incredible! What Steve the fitter has achieved is above all expectation - he is a true craftsman, very dedicated to providing work, attitude and finish to the very highest standards.
We simply couldn't be happier and thoroughly recommend Roomsense (and Steve)!
