I’ve just had a new kitchen fitted and was very impressed with the service l received. It started with DJ doing the survey who was at my house for most of the day and was very thorough precise in what he does. they were all so pleasant and helpful.I was very anxious about delivery, but everything was delivered on time, and Steve (Our fitter arrived with his brother Dave, and Steve 2) were brilliant.What hard workers they were. They were professional, polite and very tidy, nothing was too much trouble. He created and transformed my kitchen. I’d always ask for him if l needed a new kitchen.
I am so pleased with my kitchen and glad that l had this team on board. The units are fabulous quality, and this company deserves 10 stars.
I must also mention the office staff who were always available to answer any questions or queries that popped up.

Great company very friendly, Andreas the kitchen designer is fantastic, Steve the kitchen fitter is amazing, he went above and beyond, would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed, don’t even consider anyone else, also there kitchen’s are high quality, very pleased with the whole team.

Extremely happy with the kitchen. The fitter (Steve) & his assistant, excellent job, great attention to detail and brilliant finish. They didn't mind doing a few extra touches to create a brilliant finish. Always on time and worked to schedule. Had no issues with the supply and deliveries. If you talk to anyone in the office make sure it's Ian. He's the professional one there. No nonsense company worth using.

We are very happy with the kitchen, it looks beautiful. But there was alot of issues. The design created checked over by 2 people didn't work and things had to be changed round. Some items were missed from the order. Then we had a cupboard that we had to wait a extra 2 weeks for that was out of stock. I had to phone the showroom alot to chase things up.

The builder was polite and helpful and did do a great job, we had no issues there.

Very happy with Roomsense. They installed a beautiful kitchen quickly and efficiently. Great customer service throughout and everything done according to plan. Really impressed.

BIG MISTAKE

Installers are not in house and the fitter Roomsense chose failed to fit the kitchen! HUGE headache.
Surveyor failed to ensure design was feasible resulting in expensive last-minute extra plumbing
Sales person made assurances he failed to keep
Head office made matters worse and only tried to solve problems aftef 3 days when all the damage had been done. Its a pass the buck culture.

Go with someone who really owns their own business and delivers.

Very, very pleased with my new kitchen from Roomsense. The first salesman, Mike was helpful and not pushy and I got more help when I went to the actual showroom to choose tiles etc. Steve who fitted it couldn't have been more helpful. Unobstrusive, he kept the disruption to a minimum and did an excellent job (with a little help from his friends). I would recommend Roomsense Kitchens.

I’ve just had a new kitchen fitted and if I could give this company 10 stars I would. From the first (of many) telephone conversations with Angela to Jeffrey coming out to design to DJ doing the survey they were all so pleasant and helpful and not once tried to be pushy. Everything was delivered exactly on time. Fitting day came and Steve (with some help from his brother Dave) spent a week installing my units and appliances. What a team!! They were professional, tidy and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Their work was outstanding.
If you’re still deciding whether to buy from Roomsense, DO IT. The units are fabulous quality the staff are wonderful and if Steve arrives to do the install you’re on a winner all round.

Kitchen was fitted perfectly so had no problems with the fitter. The problem is now we cant drink the water from the kitchen tap. It makes us feel sick. We have asked for the fitter to come back and re do the pipe work which he did and he suggested it could be the washing machine as once the washing machine was turned off we could drink the water so reluctantly room sense did eventually after tons and tons of phone calls, get us a new washing machine which was then fitted. The problem is still there. We have to keep either buying bottles of water to drink or fill up the bottles from the outside tap as that is drinkable. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know as we are desperate and this has been going on since June 2023.

Had the best experience working with Lucas. He made every bit of my kitchen work perfect. Was always efficient and on time. Went above and beyond to help with everything. I would 100% recommend his work to everyone.

From start to finish the project went very smoothly. The designer, surveyor and fitters (Steve & Steve) were excellent nothing was too much trouble and I have ended up with my dream kitchen. If I move again I will use Roomsense without hesitation. In addition their pricing was very competetive. I could not recommend this company more highly.

We recently had a new Kitchen inc. all the appliances fitted by Roomsense Limited. Movzen & his Team of fitters and builders did an excellent job. We are very happy with our kitchen and would definitely recommend this Company.

We are so glad we had Roomsense to fit our kitchen. From beginning to end they provided an excellent service. The fitter Steve was so helpful,tidy and worked so hard. He is very professional and the finish to the installation is excellent. Could not have asked for more

This is a review to state, how much I would recommend Roomsense as a company.
Unfortunately I cannot post any photos, this is a shame as I would love to show off my new kitchen.

What a great find. Roomsense Kitchens were professional and refreshing from the outset. They listened to what I wanted and they made suggestions to create and tweak a design that worked and looked fantastic. The delivery was on time and the whole project was completed in the timeline they said it would be. Yes I would Recommend.

From the start the designer Andreas was very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions I had.
Valdas who fitted the kitchen was extremely tidy and took great pride in his work.
The process from start to finish was very easy and there were no delays at all.

We have had our kitchen installed by Roomsense. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The fitter who installed our kitchen was very good, he worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was finished perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending Roomsense.

The Designer was always on hand to answer questions and help with the design process.
Delivery was on time and the installation went very smoothly with a lot of attention to detail. The cost of the kitchen was very competitive compared to Wren and Howdens, who we also visited, with the added bonus that the quality is much better too.

I am so delighted with the experience that I will be using them for my bathroom too.

The process from design to fitting was professional and thorough.
2 small criticisms. There were some delays and office staff did not communicate this to me. Also I would have assumed dust sheets would have been provided.
However the installation itself was flawless. Steve the fitter was the ultimate artisan. He clearly takes great pride in his work and this was displayed very clearly. I am somewhat of a perfectionist. Steve didn't disappoint. He was also informed, polite and tidy.
I would use this company again and highly
recommend to others.

I had my kitchen fitted from them and cost me all most 30,000 without appliances and after 5/6 months my cabinets started to peel and when I called them, I was sent this man who came and saw and didn’t say anything, after few moths I received email from them saying this isn’t covered in the warranty. Everything is ok till somethings goes wrong and then you see they don’t want to know the problem or keep telling me it’s not covered in warranty. Why was I given 10 year guarantee when a team not even cover after five or six months? So I am very disappointed and advise people to buy anything from these people..
