$261.16 dollars stolen by Roselinlin

Last year, this company, ROSELINLIN, took $261.16 U.S dollars of my money on 10 June 2023 and did not send me one single item that I had ordered. When trying to track the parcel that it said had been sent, the automated email trail went back to a 'distributor' in Wuhan, China. As for tracing the company nothing. I now have the space and the energy to sue them.

Our estimated delivery dates are based on various factors, including the destination address, shipping options selected, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. Normally, standard shipping requires 3-5 business days of processing time and an additional 7-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you should expect to receive your package within 10-20 business days.

After your package is sent out, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor its status. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time, we recommend contacting our customer service team immediately to inquire about the status of your order. Since this is an international shipment, the sooner we inquire about logistics, the more timely and specific logistics details the logistics provider can provide. According to our records, we did not receive any emails from you regarding the missing package.

To further investigate the matter, please respond to our email and confirm whether the address you provided at the time of purchase was correct. This will enable us to determine the cause of the failed delivery and take appropriate action. If the issue was caused by our company, please rest assured that we will provide either a refund or resend the items as necessary.

I love some of your tops

I love some of your tops. It was easy to order and when I recd the last order everything fit pretty good. One of the shirts has too long of sleeves but I’ll just roll them.

Return policy discouraged me from…

Return policy discouraged me from purchasing again. Clothes photograph well but actual fabrics are cheap looking returns take too long for refunds. I do NOT recommend this site.

To clarify, our return policy allows for all non-clearance clothing purchases (excluding swimwear, underwear, bra & bralette, panties, bikini, loungewear & lingeries, bags, and accessories) to be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Regarding refunds, once we receive your return package, refunds are typically sent back to your original payment account within 3-5 business days. However, depending on your financial institution, credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process the refund.

I needed to edit my order from a small to a large

If you have not submitted the order, you can still modify your item's quantity. The cart icon is on the top right of the page. Kindly please click the cart and view it.
Click the color/size of the item to update if any wrong with it. You can remove item or add/deduct the quantity in the cart as well.

If you have clicked the Proceed to Checkout button to submit the order, the shopping cart can no longer be edited in this case.
You can ignore the order and place a new one. The unpaid order will expire automatically.

Since you have contacted us by email successfully, we have already changed the size to L, it seems that you have received our notification email :)

Checkout was easy and they kept my bag…

Checkout was easy and they kept my bag (my choice of clothes) their in the bag so I kept going back and looking at the clothes until I finally purchased them ... if you had put them back on the shelf I would not have gone to look them up ... I think it took me 2 weeks to finally buy them ... thank you
