Placed order with shop, with 1-3 days delivery as fast as possible. Shop refuses to provide shipping. So looks like they didnt ship it. After 5 emails only auto-reply. 0 Communication. 0 service. Just interface to track how irresponsibly and not accurately store is working.

The deliver is fast but every vinyl had pretty obvious corner dents 😭 I hope the package could add more cushions to prevent the crash during the delivery 📦 thanks you

Great service. I pre-ordered the 50th Anniversary Edition of Ágætis byrjun by Sigur Rós. It was despatched as soon as it came into stock, was well protected by the packaging and so arrived undamaged.

Even if occasionally something IS wrong, it gets sorted.

They also have some pretty nifty exclusives.

I didn't receive the record for nearly a month. I quickly got responses whenever I emailed asking what was happening, but the responses were always vague, promising it was on its way soon, which was often not true.

My Charli XCX ‘45 was poking a third of the way through the bottom of the broken plastic sleeve. I really wish they wouldn’t save the broken items to ship to people because they won’t sell in store!

Beautiful edition of one of my favourite albums, quick delivery and excellent packaging. Always a pleasure receiving items from Rough Trade!

Records I purchased were sent as soon as available and will packaged. Was frustrated to discover that the first item I put in the cart was removed (and sold out) after I had put two other records in, despite my proceeding very rapidly. You need a more transparent and fair system vs arbitrarily removing an item.

Got the Rough Trade 50th Blur, Blur limited edition. Was hoping for big things as got the Nevermind which looks amazing and sounds incredible.
Blur, Blur looks amazing but unfortunately there is a noticeable pop on side b that doesn't go away, gutted.

This company has a good selection of products. Not the cheapest but good if you love vinyl. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t get pre-orders to you in day in release. I wrote to them about my order - first I got an AI reply and then when I followed up twice no one replied.

Communication and transparency were absolutely first class throughout the entire process. From the moment I placed my pre-order for the limited edition Lemon Jelly vinyl, I was kept fully informed every step of the way.
Regular updates on the progress of the order and clear communication regarding dispatch meant I always knew exactly what was happening. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values keeping its customers informed.
The vinyl arrived safely, and the whole experience was faultless. Excellent customer service, superb communication, and a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
