Once we’d paid our full balance loads of our accommodation and trips were changed to a cheaper option which was very disappointing and crafty and left us having an awful time in Byron Bay. They also withheld a refund for our cancelled excursions for 3 weeks which wasn’t ideal when it should’ve been back within 1-3 days. However email communication is swift and even with these blips, miles better than happy travels!

Excellent holiday to New Zealand with stopovers in Singapore and Dubai, booked with Warren. Nothing was too much trouble great communication and everything went like clockwork despite the efforts of the Bew Zealand weather. I would book with them again.

This is the second time we've used RTWE to organise the components of a long haul trip and once again, were very satisfied with the assistance we received. The first time we used them (about 4 years ago), we went to New Zealand via Singapore and found them very helpful and efficient. On this second occasion, Jennifer was our consultant and she could not have been more helpful (and patient!) as we changed our plans and ideas several times as we wrestled with an itinerary which originally was going to be a two month trip to New Zealand via Hawaii and ended up upon reviewing the options, being a two month trip to New Zealand via Hong Kong and back via Tokyo! Communication was excellent - Jennifer always responded very quickly to our queries and concerns. All seats booked on all five flights were excellent (we paid a little extra for additional leg room) the hotels in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Hakone were also excellent and well placed and the two tours booked were also very good value for money (it was no fault of RTWE that we didn't particularly enjoy the content of the tour in Hong Kong. Jennifer made a variety of excellent suggestions once we explained our preferences (i.e. culture, history, art, crafts, etc ) We would strongly recommend RTWE to anyone who is trying to arrange a holiday that isn't simply a direct fllght there and back!

I can honestly say I’ve never been so frustrated as I have with Round the world experts. My ‘agent’ booked me on tours that weren’t what I asked for, I got no help or guidance when I was stolen from just told to google it, my flights were changed randomly which screwed up my plans and I fear if I’d booked it myself I’d have saved money.
I’m a solo female traveller and I may as well booked it all myself for the help I’ve gotten. I will be booking an appointment to the branch and formally complaining. Word o advice. Go with a company that doesn’t leave you in the lurch and organise it yourself or go to somewhere else.

We had an amazing Holiday of Far East Asia booked through RTWE. Emily who was our agent arranged the best tours and hotels for us. We had a wonderful time exploring Asia on the various tours which were operated by very punctual local operators. The tour guides we were given were excellent and full of local knowledge. All in all RTWE did a great a job for us and we are sure to book our next Holiday with them and definitely recommend them to our Friends!

I booked a holiday to Thailand through RTWE. I had never taken my teenage children long haul before and I wanted a truly memorable experience which I made clear to Emma. She booked the hotels assuring me of their luxury and comfort throughout. Each and every hotel she booked for us was average to say the least. The hotel in Chiang Mai was so bad that I had to call the London office to ask them to do something about it but they didn't. I was very disappointed as the money I had paid for the holiday was not reflected in any way in the standard we received. Luckily Thailand is a magical country and we managed to stay away from the hotels as much as possible. This did of course detract from our holiday experience. I won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Amazing holiday booked by Emma. Could not fault any part of it. All transfers and accommodation was amazing. Just emailed to arrange another holiday for next year!

Thanks to Steph and Round the World Experts we had a superb holiday in Malaysia and Singapore. The trip was built round our need to be at a wedding and gave us a real flavour of the area in the limited time that was available to us (10 days). Despite visiting various places we never felt too rushed. The trips were really interesting and the drivers told us the best places to eat. The hotels were exceptional, and cleverly got better and better from start to finish. All this at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed it so much we are already trying to plan our return to the area and will have no hesitation in using Round the World Experts again. Outstanding!

Jennifer my trip consultant was outstanding she suggested trips I could take while away she booked me centrally located hotels and being a woman travelling on my own this was very important to me. . The flights she arranged maximized my time at each location it could not have been better. Her care and attention to detail are to be congratulated my trip was worry free and I thank her for that I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody. Excellent customer service and the staff are very helpful

From start to finish Julia was incredible to work with. She put up with me asking many questions and never sounded anything but happy to answer them!
The holiday to Thailand was perfectly tailored to suit our needs with a young family. Very careful picked hotels, especially in Bangkok where we really needed it to be the right location.
After getting really fed up with local travel agents we were very close to booking it all ourselves however, I couldn't get anywhere near the amazing total price Round the World Experts did.
The transfers (Buffalo tours and Elephant hills) were seamless and made travelling with children relaxed.

I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Julia and we will definitely be using them again!

It's my 10th wedding Anniversary and wanted to book something extra special for hubby and myself. Now he wanted to do Vegas so we decided to do Vegas and Cancun
I didn't have a clue where to start and Nick just went though absolutely everything. I have never spoken to someone so helpful and so knowledable he truly is an asset to the company.
I have booked a few vacation and can't wait to see the accommodation We have booked.

We booked a holiday to Hawaii to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary & my 60th birthday so were looking to have a really good experience.
This was done brilliantly by RTW experts. We were kept fully informed about changes to our flights etc. before we left & everything ran really smoothly.
We left the choice of hotel to the company & were very pleased with their choice of Hilton Waikiki Beach which suited our party brilliantly.
We would not hesitate to recommend them & are already considering where we want to go in a couple of years to celebrate my husband's 65th & will certainly be using RTW Experts again!

My girlfriend and I booked a 5 month trip through RTW Experts and from the moment we began our proceedings we knew we had chosen the right people. A chap called Warren was our point of contact and the man who sorted everything out for us down to the very last detail, being available to contact in a moments notice and always hugely helpful and brimming full of knowledge.
We never felt pressured into doing anything, we were always given a choice and the choices we were presented with were all such incredible opportunities that deciding which one to take was extremely difficult! Even when we were away Warren was on hand to help if we needed it, responding to our emails within 24 hours maximum.
I would highly recommend using this company and would highly recommend asking for Warren if you’re planning on doing South America or South East Asia - their partnership with G Adventures is also a huge bonus as they’re also a fantastic company with whom we had a most wonderful 5 week trip through South America with.
All in all a great experience with truly knowledgeable employees who have lived and breathed the very things you’ll be booking, so you know you can trust their advice.

Round World Experts are a fantastic company, such professional staff and your personal travel booklet is a brilliant packed with more than info needed.
To have all our flights booked, transfers arranged, hotels booked and excursions included and not have to worry about a thing is an amazing feeling. Everything was top quality too, from the rooms, to the flights even to the transfers. We was even lucky enough to get upgraded in Koh Samui.
I will 100% be using Round the World Experts for all holidays from now on.

Harriet at round the world experts was fantastic. Super helpful and listened to my requirements and gave lots of options for us to choose from. Great to know she was there if we had any problems whilst on our trip and the documents that were sent were our bible whilst we were away. If you’re planning a trip I would highly recommend using their service!

Our trip to Thailand was more than I expected in so many ways. Beth Cooney from RTWE put together a lovely package for us, taking the planning and booking of tours and transfers out of our hands which was wonderful. Everything run without problems, all the bookings and flights. Although one of the hotell was not as good as the others, we had an amazing experience of Thailand.

I would not hesitate to use the company again or recommend it to family and friends.

We used Round the World Experts for the very first time this year to help me book my 50th birthday 2 week road trip to the USA, I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do, but 'Anna Sharman's' expertise, knowledge, patience and help enabled us to put together and experience the holiday of our dreams, without out the stress. We started off in San Francisco, then picked up a car and headed off to Yosemite, Carmel, Sequoia, Hollywood and ended up in Santa Monica, with no hitches and wonderful memories to look back on.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

We were recommended to RTWE by a work colleague, to say I was vague with what we wanted to do was an understatement, in that I wanted to see wildlife especially the big cats and someone had suggested Namibia. I chatted through a few rough ideas with Oliver and he said leave it to him. A few days later he came back with an amazing itinerary for us for a self drive holiday. We booked with no hesitation, there were a couple of hitches along the way with airlines changing schedules so we ended up adding a few more days and finishing our trip with a 3 day stopover in Cape Town.

We are just back and all I can say is that this holiday was everything and so much more than we ever dreamed, from the flights, seamless transfers, car hire, the lodges we stayed in, the excursions which had been included - all totally awesome. The only hitch we had whilst away was trying to phone South Africa from Namibia, but the locals advised that this is a normal issue, but Oliver sorted it out immediately.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RTWE to anyone, they more than exceeded our expectations and the staff are so willing to go that extra mile for you and they put you as the customer first. A few more companies could learn by their example.
