I had fantastic hotel in Vegas (hotel mirage ) unforgeteble helicopter ride over Grand Canyon , drive to Los Angeles with Ford Mustang and we stayed in West Hollywood plaza , great choice of hotels. Me and my friend have recently returned from two weeks in Thailand, which we booked through round the world experts. Every last part of our holiday was organised perfectly and everything went according to plan. Thanks to helpful staff, in particular Steph Eagell, advice and guidance was always given whenever I needed any questions answering, even whilst we were in Thailand. Value for money was also excellent considering how many excursions we had. Will definitely be booking with RTW experts again.
For reference we went on the 'Bangkok, beach and elephant' tour and would highly recommend anyone visiting Thailand to check out elephant hills which is included in this package. Amazing, hands on and cruelty free elephant experience and the stay over on the river tent is an unreal experience.

We have just returned from a holiday stopping in Dubai, N.Z. and Thailand (which is our second trip booked through RTWE - having previously used them when travelling to Australia in 2011).

Our consultant: Linda Pugh took the time to understand what we wanted from the holiday and built a perfect itinerary. The accommodation was superb - in just the right location for sightseeing and/or with fabulous views. The price was competitive and although we could have done it slightly cheaper ourselves her knowledge and contacts were certainly a bonus and the security of this was worth more than saving a few pounds. We would have no hesitation in booking with RTWE again for Australasia or recommending them to friends or family.

I have read the other reviews and yes there is an element of "hard sell" during the booking process - which I think they should be aware puts people off, however we did change the itinerary several times before we paid anything, and we asked Linda countless questions (both before and after paying) which she was very good about answering meticulously. Which leads onto the issue with regard to the errors - the consultants are human and can make mistakes like anyone else. It is up to the customer to double check the details are correct and they alone are responsible if they miss a flight!!!

The trip that was planned by Round the World Experts was extremely good.
Everything went very smoothly and the support that was given while we were away was invaluable.
We will recommend them to our friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

In February we spent nearly two weeks in Malaysia, a holiday organised by Emma Diamond. We visited Kuala Lumpar, The Cameron Highlands, Georgetown (Penang) and Langkawi. It was a well planned itinerary and the transport arrangements went without a hitch. The pick-ups and transfers were punctual. The hotels were well chosen and great value for money. We particularly appreciated the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malaysia and would like to thank Emma and her colleagues for their planning and organisation. We would certainly use the company for future long distance travel and would strongly recommend the company to others.

Warren Jackson put together an exciting and interesting holiday to Australia. His attention to detail and response to our needs was superb. The detailed booklet that the company provided, giving comprehensive information of each stage of our journey was excellent.
The journey he planned included a two night stopover in Singapore followed by five nights in Sydney of which one was in the Blue Mountains , four nights in Melbourne and a two day trip along the Ocean Road by hire car. The tours Warren arranged for Uluru were magnificent culminating in the Sound of Silence BBQ under the stars and the Kings Canyon rim walk.
Warren subtly slowed down the pace of our trip once we reached Port Douglas giving us time to relax and enjoy the trip to the Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest before flying home.
Warren's meticulous planning of a range of beautiful hotels, apartments, tours, limousines and flights meant that the holiday ran like clockwork giving us a tremendous feeling of independence but with expert back up.
We are asking Warren and Round The World Experts to plan our next trip and would recommend the company to everyone.

Linda Pugh put together a great holiday for us in Australia, we were going out for our son's wedding and needed a tailor made holiday to fit around the wedding covering as much of the country as possible. Linda came up with a great plan that suited our budget and she was always there to help or answer any queries we had. When our flight from Manchester was delayed by snow she emailed us straight away to offer assistance. We have already booked our next holiday through Round the World Experts and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

RTW experts were great in helping me find the right holiday in Thailand, I mainly dealt with Steph and she was great, so patient with me to make sure I got the holiday I wanted.... I’m surprised she didn’t get sick of me changing my mind on dates, places to visit, airports etc as I did give them quite a lot of options. Needless to say they weren’t sick of me and got me an amazing holiday with all my requirements and expectations met. Great company to get the exact tailored holiday you want

We have just returned from a wonderful tailor-made month in Australia. Kaye from RTWE helped us plan the trip starting in the Cairns area and ending in Sydney, so that we managed to include all the places we wanted to visit and the experiences we wanted to have and so that we were neither rushed nor wasted time. They organised really great hotels, private transfers, very good flights, and a series of excursions like a walk through Daintree Rainforest with an Aboriginal guide, snorkelling at the Great Barrier Reef, a dinner watching the sunset over Uluru, a wonderful train ride on the Ghan from Alice to Darwin and a day visiting sacred sites in Lichfield National Park guided by an amazing local aboriginal woman. The snow delayed our departure from the UK by a day but we just made one phone call to Emma at RTWE to say the flight was cancelled and they sorted things with the accommodation and the re-booking of excursions so that we did not miss out on anything. It was amazing. From then onwards everything worked like clockwork. They are an excellent team who are friendly and responsive from the first contact until you return and they really do provide emergency contact 24/7 throughout your trip. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We would certainly use them again.

Vietnam and Cambodia 21 day holiday

We've just returned from a fabulous 21 day trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. We are a picky group, the 4 of us, and wanted to get the trip just right for us. Working with Steph and her team we planned out a holiday which suited our needs. Boutique Hotels in big cities, private transfers, good flights, all needed care and attention. No question was too trivial for the team and we had a thoroughly great time. We needed to contact RTWE on one occasion during the trip and they came back to us promptly, despite the time difference from home.
We would definitely use them again for another holiday like this. Thanks to the team!

We have just returned to the UK, from an amazing few weeks holiday ,touring in a camper van ,the states of Queensland and NSW,Australia .
We could not have planned the flights ,stop overs in Singapore , hotels, camper van and car hire with out the knowledge and expertise of our travel advisor Warren Jackson of 'Round The World Experts', and also managing to keep the costs within our budget.
Our trip was tailor made for us and nothing was too much trouble to make it so .
This is our second time of using 'Round The World Experts', and if we were to plan another holiday, we would certainly not hesitate to use and recommend them to friends and family.

RTW experts are just that - experts! We booked a 70 night round the world trip and RTW Experts came up with the most ideal and amazing experience including suggesting experiences we had not thought of. We travelled through America including Hawaii, the Bahamas, Fiji, Australia and Cape Town and were offered excellent value for money. The team were patient in responding to all our concerns about travelling and did not stop reviewing everything until we were completely happy. It was a holiday of a lifetime that exceeded all expectations, we cannot thank the team enough.

We had a great holiday in Thailand. We asked for 4* hotels in Phuket, Koh Phi Phi, Krabi & Koh Lanta with restaurants nearby & transfers and were delighted with the suggested hotels which met our brief exactly. Booking was easy, documentation arrived on time and everything went as planned. I would happily recommend Round the World Experts and nominate Beth for a Travel Agent of the Year award.

Nick McGreevy put a brilliant holiday together for a group of 55 people to Australia.It was booked in 17 groups,all with different requirements
. He not only organised everyone's visa's, ordered special meals on the flights but patiently answered everyone's questions, and believe me there were a lot. I wouldn't consider using anyone else but Nick for future holidays as he was so brilliant.

We have just returned from our adventure in New Zealand & Australia with a stop over in Singapore on the outward journey and Bangkok on our return journey.The whole five plus week was meticulously put together by Roz and obviously when booking such an adventure you are always wondering if flights, transfers, hotels, car hire and excursions are going to be in place when you get to the respective destinations but I have to say that every thing went to plan and I believe that was all down to Round the World Experts and particularly Rosalind Williams.
