We were recommended to RTWE by a work colleague, to say I was vague with what we wanted to do was an understatement, in that I wanted to see wildlife especially the big cats and someone had suggested Namibia. I chatted through a few rough ideas with Oliver and he said leave it to him. A few days later he came back with an amazing itinerary for us for a self drive holiday. We booked with no hesitation, there were a couple of hitches along the way with airlines changing schedules so we ended up adding a few more days and finishing our trip with a 3 day stopover in Cape Town.

We are just back and all I can say is that this holiday was everything and so much more than we ever dreamed, from the flights, seamless transfers, car hire, the lodges we stayed in, the excursions which had been included - all totally awesome. The only hitch we had whilst away was trying to phone South Africa from Namibia, but the locals advised that this is a normal issue, but Oliver sorted it out immediately.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RTWE to anyone, they more than exceeded our expectations and the staff are so willing to go that extra mile for you and they put you as the customer first. A few more companies could learn by their example.

Firstly I’d like to thank Rosalind for all her help, advice and patience! I’d never used Round The World Experts before and it was great to talk to someone who knew the locations I was planning to visit. I’m guilty of being that person who researches everything to the nth degree and ever so slightly suspicious that I might not be getting the best value... but Rosalind was brilliant and put up with my never ending questions and searched for all of hotels I was interested in. I also found it very helpful that they were open until 7pm allowing me to speak to someone after work. I had a lovely holiday and would recommend RTWE.

Wow! I can’t put into words how amazing Anna from RTWE was! From the moment I emailed she was on hand to answer ever beck and call
and planned the perfect surprise 30th trip for my partner. Not only did she manage to are arrange for us to stay in the best accommodation (I only wanted the best for this trip!) but also for an unbeatable price as I did compare prices. I had so many questions and wanted it to be perfect and it was. Even in Costa Rica when we were unsure of our transfers home she emailed back within a few hours and helped put our mind at ease. I could not recommend Anna and the rest of her team enough. I’m already planning when to book the next holiday! Thank you so much!

From start to finish of booking the holiday Emma was a delight to work with, she went through everything in fine detail , always answered any questions I had promptly.
Her recommendations turned out to be first class, we had an amazing time in all 4 destinations.( the Jungle Retreat in Ubud, Bali is just amazing)

We have just returned from a 13 night cruise and stay trip to Alaska organised by Nick McGreavy,from Flightcentre RTWE , the first 7 days we cruised from Vancouver to Anchorage via the inside passage, putting into port at three places ,then transferred to Denali National Park by train for 3 nights ,finnaly flying back to Vancouver from Anchorage, before flying back to the UK. Nick spent many hours working on the itinerary to make sure we got what we wanted out of the trip, and thanks to his diligence we had great accommodation and transfers. this trip can be found in the "Princess Cruise " brochure,
The following are things that we did to improve the trip
1. added extra legroom seats to our flights both ways from UK to Canada
2. booked Mini suite on cruise
3. booked upmarket hotels for our stay in Vancouver and Anchorage
4.booked gold class for the 10 hour rail journey into Denali National Park

things we possibly should have done
1,booked some of the nature excursions in ports of call to ensure we saw whales , bears ect ...
2.spent 2/3 nights in Vancouver before flying home as the last 2 days traveling back to Vancouver from the National Park were very tiring.

This was a fantastic trip taken from the 11th to the 23rd of May, which turned out to be one of the best times this year to go. The week before we arrived they were still getting snow as it had been a long winter for them. We had 13 days of sunshine, and there was still snow on the ground and the lakes were frozen. It was clear enough to see all the glaciers from the ship and most of the time you just needed a tee shirt and light jacket,
The trip however would depend on good weather, we were very lucky.

After initially being quoted a very high price for an around the world trip including a wedding, we decided to split our trip into two. We went with Round the World Experts for the first part including Chile, Argentina and Brazil. They offered the best value and Kat Wilson was excellent in communicating from start to finish. Our trip went without a glitch. Unfortunately they couldn't offer a competitive quote for the second half of the trip but they were certainly more friendly and professional than the other company we used.

We booked our holiday with Round the World Experts, with a delightful lady a Miss Diamond. And a diamond she was, nothing was too much trouble for her. She catered our holiday around us and our needs. The hotels she found us were top notch and our flights and transfers were scheduled with no hitches or delays. We were kept in the loop in the run up to our holiday with advise and tips so as to optimise the experience.
Would definitely recommend Round the World Experts, as we felt like seasoned travellers rather than herded package tourists !!!

Anna Sharman and others we dealt with were excellent. We told Anna that we wanted to visit the USA, told her where we wanted to go and what to see and gave her the dates. Anna then sorted out an itinerary which was changed several times without any problem. We even asked for slightly cheaper accommodation which was sorted. All of the accommodation was great and the hire vehicle was very comfortable. After the first week the couple we were traveling with had to return to the UK and after phoning the emergency 24 hour number it was sorted and they flew back the following day. We continued our journey and ended up doing over 1800 miles on our road trip. Although we missed our friends we still had a great time. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to organise a holiday of this type. We would certainly use them again. Thanks Anna.

Our experience with Round the World Experts was flawless; Our trip to India was not overly complicated but did involve several transfers, two hotel bookings, one excursion and a domestic flight. Every step of our holiday was arranged perfectly and performed efficiently.
Our contact was Angel for whom nothing was too much trouble. I must add that if Angel was not available our questions and queries were answered with equal professionalism, courtesy and timeliness by his colleagues.
The information we received, and particularly the travel booklet, were detailed and comprehensive.
We have been so impressed with the service provided by Round the World Experts that within two days of our return we are planning our next trip with them.

RTW, what a superb service!
At first we were apprehensive about using an agent to book our month trip to Singapore, Australia & Hong Kong as I usually book everything direct and am a seasoned traveler. However, I will never hesitate to use RTW or to recommend them 100%. Kat Wilson’s expertise, patience and experience was totally invaluable. I could never have sourced and booked such a wonderful trip. We send our sincere thanks.

We had an amazing time in Cuba and the Bahamas. Our trip was put together in a personally tailored way by our excellent travel consultant Anna Sharman. Anna’s input was invaluable; she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring, and accessible throughout the process. Given the very reasonable price of the holiday the value added by having Anna’s input places around the Wirld Experts a cut above the rest. We are now in the process of booking our next holiday to South America with them.

My plan involved Formula 1 in Melbourne followed by a tour of Tasmania, a few days each in Sydney, Brisbane and Stradbroke Island, then on to the Great Barrier Reef before returning to the Gold Coast for the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony. Before I left, several people remarked that it would be a miracle if such a complicated plan went without a hitch.
Round the World Experts made light work of booking seven flights, two hotels, hire of a camper van, airport transits and all the details. All I had to do was follow the excellent itinerary. And guess what? The miracle happened. Many thanks to Linda and her team for all their local knowledge and organising ability on my adventure.

The trip I planned was a massive undertaking but with the help of Victoria and the team at RTWE it turned out to be all I wanted and was, as billed, the trip of a lifetime.
There were some hiccoughs along the way but on a trip of this length and duration it is expected that there might be a few problems. There was nothing that couldn't be sorted out. The tour reps in Ecuador stepped up to the mark when I was hospitalised, The RTWE team were there to support me when a New Zealand tour turned out to be not what I expected and also when I discovered I didn't have a visa for India.

We had always planned our own trips in the past and each tripped involved multiple destinations and flights.

This time we contacted Round the World Experts and were assisted by Beth Cooney. She was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

We even had specific accommodation and had booked some bits ourselves which she helped slot into the itinerary and organise the transfers. All went very smoothly and there wouldn't be much that we would change. Those bits that we would change were no reflection on Round the World Experts but more down to a choice of hotel that we made and although lovely wasn't us.

Just returned from a trip to Singapore, Australia and Dubai booked with RTW. Kat helped plan the trip and we had a great time. A couple of small hiccups but easily resolved. Appreciated her knowledge and helpful advice. Very approachable and replied promptly to all enquiries. Would be happy to use them again.

I have just retuned from an amazing holiday in Dubai & Thailand, all organised by my consultant, Roz Williams. All of the hotels that Roz recommended were as exactly as she told us and the trips we arranged were perfect, all transfers turned up not only on time but brilliant air conditioned vehicles, some personal cabs. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Round the World Experts and definitely would recommend speaking with Roz

So thrilled with the holiday Alex King helped us organise...nothing was too much trouble to make our trip just as we wanted it. Lots of patience and excellent help along the way, wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
It was a 50th treat to Hong Kong and Thailand and Alex had informed the 4 different hotels which resulted in fabulous rooms/upgrades throughout. A trip of a lifetime which we will never forget and thoroughly enjoyed.

We just got back from a 2 week holiday in Singapore and Malaysia organised by RTW. Steph Eagell was superb in organising what we wanted and making very valuable suggestions for our trip (which included two young boys!). Very professional, everything went like clock work and therefore we didn’t have to “think” too much - which what I was looking for. Will be using RTW again, as it was value for money and lived up to our expectations. Great work Steph.

I used RTW Experts 5 years ago for a trip to Australia (via Hong Kong) and was Super pleased about how efficiently they work. I gave them a vague shopping list and they pulled through with a perfect trip, within budget!

Having scoured the holiday sites for a trip to Bali, I was constantly left deflated. A holiday of a lifetime should be Exciting to book?? I thought I would give RTW Experts another try, and I'm so glad I did! I was called by Beth Cooney who within 10 minutes had taken down all of the details for my 'perfect trip'. Within 2 hours I then had an outline trip with All fees included. Beth was very professional, and the pack we received for the trip after booking gave a Simple breakdown of the whole trip from start to finish. Times, flight numbers, transfer arrangements, you name it!

I couldn't be more impressed with their service.... hats off, pats on backs! :)
