Outstanding customer service
order SH2259396 I have still not recieved. I ordered for next day delivery and a week later it is not delivered. I appreciate that this is through royal mail but I would like some help from the sellers to have this package delivered. Route One immediately assisted and I got great help from Maddi, who ordered the same item again on next day delivery with no charge. I have now received the item and it is great, fantastic service sorting a situation which was not their fault
