Yet again rowland homes never fail to disappoint after saying for weeks that the surrounding areas would be taken care off they came in for one day did a terrible job of cutting the grass and I when I say terrible they only did half no hedges no picking up the brick that have been left but I suppose they can say they have been in there eyes. They have left the mud path and the grass that is overgrown in front of our house.

We reserved our forever home at Jubilee Gardens. Unfortunately due to the wet UK weather our build was delayed and no fault of Rowland. Sam, the site manager told us that she would deliver a quality home which she did and we love it! Throughout the buying process, Stephen the Sales Executive kept us fully updated and he should be commended on his friendly and professional approach. Finally the assistant site manager Luke ensured that our snagging list was rectified very promptly and he followed up to ensure the work had been completed to our satisfaction. Overall, we were very impressed and Sam, Stephen, Luke and the entire team are assets to Rowland Homes. Well done and thank you.

We opted for a new build as we have recently retired and wanted to future proof our home. We chose Rowland “Jubilee Gardens” at Euxton as we loved the location and the exclusive feel of the development. We have been in our new home 5 weeks now and have been impressed with the service we have received. Everyone on site has been so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Luke, who works with Sam, site Manager, he has checked in with us on a regular basis and has actioned the few minor little issues extremely promptly. He has been a “Star”. Also, Stephen, the Sales Negotiator, who has been amazing and Chris who drives the big machinery! Always a friendly hello! We are happy with our new home and would recommend anyone to purchase a Rowland home, we are so glad we did. Thank you Rowland!

We have just moved onto Richmond Point and what a fantastic journey it has been. Having previously lived in a new build we were a little sceptical as our previous experience was not great but Rowland Homes have got it right.
The team of Emma, Mark and Lucy worked hard with us whilst on the journey to exchange and then onto completion. The home introduction prior to moving with Pete the site manager was so welcoming and informative, nothing has been too much trouble. The flowers and card waiting for us when we moved in really made it special. We are equally impressed with the quality of build and the focus to make everything as right as it possibly can be. So thankyou for making our forever home a reality.

Rowland Homes have been very understanding when I came to moving our Early Bird reservation from one site to another. Stephen could not of been more helpful, efficient and reassuring after our change in circumstances meant our original reservation was now the wrong place for us to make our home.
Well done and thank you Stephen, I know with your down to earth approach buying a house with Rowland Homes in Euxton will be made so much easier.

Shaun is site manager at Riverside Place Carnforth. He is so helpful and kind ensuring we get best care after buying our beautiful home. So happy he is on site.

Pete was excellent in getting me a plumber here with 5 minutes of a there being a problem. Has been very efficient in every time I’ve needed him. Would recommend

Absolutely love our new Rowland home! We've had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Sean has been amazing checking in with us since we've moved in and making sure everything is right.

Having bought a few new homes over the years from different builders, I can honestly say that the experience we have had from Rowlands has been the best. The quality of the home, and the readiness of the site team to make sure we are comfortable and that everything is perfect has been amazing. Thank you in particular to Shaun, Tony and Mel. You have been amazing.

We cant thank Steve enough for the help that we have received so far in purchasing our new home in Euxton. This man has gone out of his way to make sure that we get the answers that we need. He has personally given to us details of people that can help with carpets/ blinds etc. and we are always welcomed with a smile. I'm in sales myself and have been for over 20 + years so i tend to look out for the things that you wouldn't normally get... the above and beyond... and this guy has genuinely done that for us to date. Highly recommend the service and The Steve :-)

We bought a new ‘Bridgeport’ house and it’s excellent. They asked us for a snagging list and there were ONLY THREE FAULTS we could find. They were sorted in a couple of hours. We would certainly recommend Roland Homes.

I have never left a Trustpilot review before but I am now at the end of my tether. Well over a year & I still have a growing & extensive snagging list. The tradesmen used to build the house have paid absolutely no attention to detail to even basic building work with slap dash finishing inside & out.
Trying to get Rowland Homes to schedule any work to be done is a constant battle with excuse after excuse from onsite staff. Not only have we had numerous replacement site managers who mostly have shown little to no interest at all, we now have an on site customer care manager who has so far shown the same level of interest as the rest. Complete chaos, no shows, no communication, no action. Constantly having to chase for updates & being fobbed off.
As for the Customer Care team at head office, there is no proactive support or assistance from them to try to get things completed.
What should have been a lovely new home continues to be a complete disappointment & I see no end to it. The time spent trying to get the builders to do what is merely their job & to a good standard is a constant frustration & I would not recommend Rowland homes to anyone.

Moving into our new home has been a pleasurable experience, largely due to the outstanding service we received from Rowland Homes throughout the entire process. Stephen is an exemplary, caring, and friendly professional sales executive nothing is to much trouble..... he has a strong interpersonal and communication skills, his products knowledge is exceptional. He is always on hand to answer any questions we may have. He is a credit to Rowland Home. Our house is beautiful finished to the highest standard.
We are great full for the professionalism attentiveness and genuine care shown by the Rowland team. Site manager Sam a long with Luke her trusted right hand are always there to give us guidance should the need arise.

After living on Jubilee Gardens for the last 9 months I can honestly say that everything has been great with the house. We have had no issues since our snags were dealt with as soon as we moved in. Steven in the site office has always been on hand, helpful and very knowledgeable if we have had to ask any questions. We also love the area of Euxton which has great facilities, local transport and supermarkets with easy access whilst still having a village feel.

Excellent service from Rowland Homes I live on Riverside Place they are still building but if I needed any assistance with the house nothing is a bother . I have dealt with Shaun who is happy to assist and help great customer service . Asset to the company :-)))

Sean the site manager was unbelievably helpful and tended to our every need at the drop of a hat. Heard many horror stories about new builds and communications with the developer but that has been a dream moving in and having someone as helpful as Sean around.

Attracted to the Rowland Housing Development at Garstang by what we believe is their competitive pricing, attractive property designs and the quality of their fittings, we would also like to add that all our dealings with them have been a pleasure and in particular we have much appreciated the responsive nature, help and advice we received from the Heritage Park Sales Executive, Monty.

Pete has been so helpful with everything we have needed so far in our first year in our new home. Always gets back to me straight away and has been extremely helpful whenever I have asked for any help or questions. 100% recommend him and his team.

Since we completed and on our home demo, Tony,Shaun & George have been absolutely on the ball about snagging list and getting it sorted ASAP! It was all done within a week of completion and to a high standard! They have been supportive ever since too! No Major issues with the house just little snags!
