I attended the Alberta branch in East Kilbride this week and I was delighted with the service.
I was seen right away by the pharmacist Freeda who had a very caring and professional manner.
After a short consultation she was able to prescribe me some antibiotics.
I thought the service was great quick and easy. Saved me fighting to get a docs appt. I was very grateful they were able to help me. I will be recommending this pharmacy to everyone.

Was seen by first response pharmacist. OBS done and ear and throat infection diagnosed. Given prescription for 10 day antibiotics. Professional, friendly and I am so happy, in pain for 2 days so was dreading having to wait on GP appt. Thanks for great service

Good customer service

I've ordered from this company now three times in total. First time went without a hitch. 2nd time after sending me the despatch email, had to remind them to actually hand the parcel over to royal mail.
Third time, which I'm currently still dealing with now, placed my order a week ago. Got despatch email instantly but the order hasn't actually been handed over to Royal Mail.
Got threatened to have my order cancelled for simply enquiring then told to be patient. Still waiting today! Apparently it's everyone else's fault but their own.

I would just like my order!

Clearly this company are unable to fulfil orders online, makes me wonder why they accept them in the first place.

Staff within your Stevenston branch are an asset to your brand. Wendy, Natalie and the girls always go above and beyond and are always happy to help.

If I could give zero stars I would. I use the Rowlands pharmacy at Culloden Inverness and I have nothing but problems every single time. I never receive the prescriptions that I ordered for my mother and they try to blame my doctors surgery for not sending them. But I know the doctor did send them as I phone my doctors surgery straight away. The staff are useless, they completely ignore their customers, leave them standing about for a long time and they’re very good at hiding through the back. The pharmacy has recently had a refurbishment but all the refurbishments it gets isn’t going to make a difference when it’s the staff that needs to be sorted. I am going to use any other pharmacy as the Culloden one is never going to change. The amount of customers who have left 1 star reviews tells anyone all they need to know.

I've been using this pharmacy even when it was Lloyd's pharmacy for years I'm glad you've kept on the original staff, you always get a friendly welcome from the staff, great service and the staff go out of there way to assist you, in any way.

Welcoming and friendly staff , helpful too . Tidy and organised merchandise .

Staff are fantastic and always go above and beyond

I recently visited the pharmacy after my 2 year old developed a rash. Not being able to get a doctors appointment I wanted the advice of a professional. The IP pharmacist who assessed my child was professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She offered her advice and guidance on the best treatment and was able to keep him calm whilst doing so. The treatment she provided has since worked. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy and in particular the IP pharmacist here.

Pharmacist was amazing. Went through all details and examination. Amazing customer service. Nice and friendly

Will not be visiting the new pharmacy in milnrow Rochdale again. They would rather have loud conversations with each other than serve. The pharmacist was having a long conversation with a friend laughing and when she finished she came to serve. 15 people waiting and it wasn’t a pharmacy talk it was about her buying something for her feet and her dad. Shocking behaviour when there are a bunch of old people that can’t stand waiting to be served. And three mistakes made while I was in there for 10 minutes. Never again

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, definitely an asset to our community. Always helpful with problems, prescriptions always as should be. The Staff are a credit to the Pharmacy.

​I won't be returning if this man is working. I was in the shop buying for some holiday bits, a staff member Mick (or Nick) i think thats what someone said, being really nasty and bossy to other staff.
I have to say, I feel this is probably not the first time he has been bullying towards them.
Not a environment i would want to come to work in. Poor staff
