Royal palm holidays are scamer. Please don't buy any tour package because I payed 10,000 and it was on 2020 and still they didn't book any tour for me they are not picking calls their contact numbers are now not working, please stay away from them..

I am going to file a case with Economy Dept tomorrow.

Please save yourself, don't fall in this trap. They show you big Promises but don't deliver anything but false Hope.

Anyone reading this.....all the bad reviews for this company are true. They will entice you with so many deals and package but once you pay, they do not do anything. Been a member with them since 2022 and still haven't been able to avail a single service despite emails and going to meet them in person. You cannot trust a company that has 5 star reviews being updated everyday and every single hour (These are all fake accounts and posts). I have been to their office twice, multiple email correspondence and phone calls between them and my husband and the employees do not care. They haven't given us any services nor have they given us a refund for lack of services they failed to provide as per their package. They even stated that the POCs that were assigned to us do not work in the company or they have been on vacation for indefinite lengths of time and they haven't checked their emails.
Legal action needs to be taken against this company.

***June 1st update- their Delight team called my husband and persuaded him to take down this review inorder to avail services. So, you can actively monitor your Google reviews and reply promptly but you can't reply to normal emails and provide services is it? And the audacity they had to tell him, "one option to get a refund or your money back, you can sell this package to another couple".
If anyone has doubts about this company.....all their so called 5 star reviews start pouring in as soon as a 1 star reviews comes in. Their reviews do not have anything more than a year old and they claim they have been in this business for years when you go for their marketing presentation. I'm sure all their employees are enjoying the trips and vacations with the hard earned money of unfortunate people like us, and those are the posts that appear on their Google reviews. And if you call any of their managers or POCs, they all happen to be on leave for indefinite periods of time, left the company abruptly or non existent.

**I'm sure you have not gone through any of your files else you would've seen my name along with my husband. I'm not going to contact you. 2 times I've come to your office and lodged a complaint. Dozen of phone calls between me and my husband to your office. Execrable customer service and a special mention with regards to your so called manager Mr Rajesh and Mr Josh, who have not responded. I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICES FROM YOU BUT A FULL REFUND FOR MY PACKAGE. Its been a year and nothing has been fulfilled from your side. I do not understand what scam you are trying to lead people with, but it's extremely abhorrent.

Absolute scam. They just take your money and do not offer any services. What's even more disappointing, they don't even refund your money and give false promises. Hopefully legal action will be taken against them soon.
I'm sure all the people who have given 5 star reviews are employees with different fake accounts.

Royal Palm Holidays lured us by offering us free gifts and then very convincingly sold us their fake holiday package by showing us tall claims how they are connected to all 5 star Hotels and resort across the world.
Each time we tried to book a holiday with them, whether peak or nonpeak days we were never provided the service. They always asked for other days and any hotel of their choice.
I feel like we have paid our hard earned money to plan our holidays as per their availability and not according to our wish which they had promised.
Pathetic customer service, never pick up any calls.
DON'T FALL TO THEIR TRAP. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS.

It is such a big scam. They will give you amazing deals. Once you pay the cash everything will change. They wont pick your call. Whatever number they give you,will be fake .when you try after one month the number doesnt even exist. Only the customer care number will be working and nobody will pick your call. They will buy time by giving you fake promises. There wont be any person responsible for your money. You have to spend hours calling them but they wont pick the call. First 1 or 2 booking they will give that also some local activity. Then no response. I took this package on November 2022 for 25000 aed. They promise me skydiving and hot air balloon pass if i take for this amount. 7 months over no passes. Then they told they will give the refund for hot airballoon. Waiting since January for the refund. Everytime if you ask they will reply that they are working on it. I am fed of asking them. I wonder what big work they are doing to give a refund. When you take the package they will promise that your booking will be done within 1 week and will give you refund if there is any issues. But only in your dreams. I have made 7 or more bookings till now. Only 2 local activity pass they gave me after paying so much money. I am goin through social media also against this. No more people should be cheated by them..
Whatever good reviews you see they are fake.

Royal palm holidays say many lies while taking membership. You have to go and beg later to get services even small services after paying your hard earned money. Dont trust these guys. They are very rude and arrogant when you visit their office. Actually it should be ZERO star but there was no option.

EMI reimbursement is the first fake commitment and for reservations we need to beg by giving them our hard earned money. they will drag our email to the last day and then will respond as quota not available.

First of all let me introduce myself my name is Gufran and I am not hesitating to disclose my identity as I am writing a genuine feedback. I was invited by them at their Trap Place made at “FOUR POINT HOTEL BY SHERETON SHARJAH” 9th Floor.
I went there with my Wife and attend by ANURAG & DARSHANA they showed us a very ROSY PICTURE with full of False commitments, they offered us Local Activities like “Ferrari World, IMG World, Burj Khalifa Top, Atlantis Water Park etc” along with International Holiday Hotel package and Umrah Package. Recently my family came to UAE on visit Visa, So anyhow I have to spend some money on these activities due to which I fall into their Trap.
Initial Offer was 50 Nights for 4 Persons (2 Adult and 2 Kids) in 10,000 AED and after negotiation we agree on 2500AED for 25 Nights. Before buying this package I clearly asked them that I am paying to avail Local activities before 15th June because my family will go back and after that this package will be of no use to me and they make all commitments and assured us that after 3-4 days of package activation you can start availing these activities.
So I paid them 2500AED and got call from their reservation team and they provide me list of activities which is approx. value of 50DHS per person like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Dhow Cruise etc, When I demanded for IMG World or Ferrari World he started giving me excuses and unable to provide anything which is on higher price. Then I called Anurag he didn’t picked up my phone nor revert on message, by the time I got an Idea that I am be fooled by them, But I tried my best and made rigrous follow ups on mail because “OFFICE NUMBERS NEVER ANSWERED” I was after their life because 2500 DHS
Date: 28th May’23 Again I went to the same place as a new customer and again they started committing the same false commitments this time the persons were Gaurav and Naresh. After listening to their all false commitments I asked Naresh that I want Burj Khalifa, IMG World / Ferrari World and Stay in Queen Elizabeth Can you give me assurance that it will be provided before 15th June, His answer was YES. Again I confirm and he was very confident that yes it will be available.
Then I asked a question that these activities are for new customers or old can also avail, so he was suspicious and answer yes it is available for all, then I disclosed that I am your member I have bought package from you inspite of it why you people are not providing me if it is available. Somehow Naresh seems to be gentle and showcase as want to help me, he asked me to come day after tomorrow I will help you.
Then I went as per his given day and time and Gaurav escort to their office and handed over to Sahil and Sam or Sameer, 2 more same frustrated customers joined me and I was shocked to see the behavior of these 2 guys,
They were literally mocking us and smiling on our faces , I feel that they trying to say that you are fool people and later on they say the same thing. They tell us we don’t have any slot till Aug and they say that SALES PEOPLE DO FALSE commitments to sell their product, they were trying to justify and accepted that yes we do business in this manner only. They say that you want to go legal go or do whatever you want to do. I started feeling helpless because if we go legal then we have to pay file opening fees which is more than 2000 DHS and legal advice fees and other charges, SO I thought that better take whatever best can take So I agreed on low cost activities also which I never wanted.

They don't respond to any email, mobile no.they mention in their contact details..
With so much of dare they are saying that do what ever u want to do we will not return ur money neither we will give u service.
Hundreds of people hav been trapped by them till now.
N all of them are feeling helpless not getting any hope of ray from anywhere.
I can mention atleast 15 people with their names n contact details who hav been suffering n getting harsh response from the staff of Royal palm holidays.
Plz don't get there n waste ur hard earn money.

Fake comments and fake user names. Europe tour details and visa appointment in 48 hours. I am yet to get a basic itinerary for a package requested on 30th March23.

Kudus to the staff dedicated to post fake comments to surpass those negative reviews from genuine customers and maintain 4.5. We know how this has been bettered and achieved. It would have been much better if your team have had put in a fraction of this effort to serve and fulfill the customer requests that are assured during the persuading session that's been conducted in various hotel venues. Though been to their office on many compelling occasions, I am yet to witness a customer leaving their office happily. This is a place where the term "Shameless" can be redefined.

I would suggest anyone who are planning to hire service from tour operator to be aware that this is not the right place or the right people to deal with. They suck your money upfront the very first meeting giving a lot of false assurances and commitments. In reality, you will not succeed in grabbing any package and will be made to visit their office, keep writing email, making phone calls indefinitely. They have standard templates for all your emails, standard telephone response and shameless faces to show when you are there in person. I can assure that better services can be availed from operators with so called less professionalism wherein you will be able to plan and execute the trip as per your schedule. Also, you will be at peace, pay them only after the services are confirmed.

I tried touring Austria, Czech during the month of Sep’22. Send email for the same and waited for response for a couple of weeks. Nothing came in except the standard template response, so visited them in person. Then the visa processing team woke up and asked for NOC, bank statement and gave the earliest date of appointment which was falling after my travel plan. They delay this response purposely and finally we withdraw the package.

Again, tried Turkey package in december’22. Send an email request with travel plan date etc. It was a repeat of earlier experience. Visa team got a slot for appointment earlier than the travel date, but they were not sure the visa will be issued before travel date. So had to withdraw again and then send another request for Zanzibar since, there was visa on arrival for Indians. Yet again, no response from RPH. They were unable to provide an itinerary, accommodation details which I insisted before booking my flight tickets, because I had no trust in RPH. Once again, withdrew my travel plan.

After a brief, with expectations send new request on 30th March to trip Germany and Netherlands. An advance notice of 85 days for this professional company to plan, share the itinerary, accommodation, and process visa. As usual again, the executives slept over it until, I visited their office in person. On 52nd day, the visa executive responded asking for documents with earliest visa appointment in September’23 whereas my planned travel date was in July’23. If they had acted on time, I would have got appointment earlier aligning with my travel plan. If there was any genuine issue, like the embassy stopped accepting application or any stuff of that sort, I still had all the time to look at other alternate destinations. As far as the itinerary and accommodation, this time again they didn’t share it just because they don’t have any vendors or tie up with any properties in Germany and netherlands.

RPH has exposed their inability to plan a holiday despite a three-month notice is clear intention of their underlying motto “Fly by the night”.

Any business is bound to receive positive and negative comments. Even the big players like Amazon, Noon or you name it are not spared from negative comments. Customer reviews are seen as an opportunity to improve their service for better customer delight. This is what is expected from a company visioned for growth.

However, RPH is exceptional and stands out when it comes to maintaining the customer rating. They work hard tirelessly to ensure the ratings are up and sound despite of all those negative reviews from genuine customers. We know how this has been bettered and achieved. I really wish whoever is thinking or sitting in front of their marketing team to join their service should see this message and realize nothing will work out as they promise. I have experienced it 2 times and both the times I contacted them 2 to 3 months before for some booking and followed up every week, that even cheaper ones within India and UAE. All time they just replied through email saying 'we will get back soon', but till last moment nothing happens. Both the times I booked everything my own last minute to keep my promise to family which is an absolute money waste for me. They are never reachable over phone. The marketing team told me they will be available for any future help, but when I called them for help they were saying 'our duty is just to make you join, now nothing can be done by us, email them and wait for reply'. I have seen some positive comments below, but from my experience I am 100% sure nothing will work out and I request everyone to realize the truth. It's an absolute fraud and scam company for me based on my experience.

So called Royal Palm Royal palm holidays are the scammers. I have booked their package last year and i have not yet received any package form them. with lots of follow up and calls. their reply is that slots are full and ask us to book the next day and it used to continue the same, until i was frustrated.
so, i gave the negative review. the customer care guy called me and threatened me to remove the review else they will not give any packages and they will go to the court.
such a shocking incident that i faced.
i don't know how this company still operating in Dubai with strict rules. Requesting you all save youself and ur money from this scammer.
Customer care is unprofessional and useless, they don't pick the calls and they give you false promises.
