Hey, there are many incidents of their doing fraud with people seriously, don't fall in their trap. You will get upset after calling them. Aware the public. Do not give money to them. And you will get stuck with them for 6-7 years.

BLOODY SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS.... BE ALERT... THIS IS A SCAM COMPNAY FULL OF LIARS. BE AWARE! DONT PUT YOUR MONEY AT ALL. THEY DO NOTHING JUST NOTHING.. RAJESH, AMAN , JASMINE, BHUMIKA ARE ALL FRAUDS. THEY CALKL PEOPLE TO TAKE ATTRACTIVE GIFTS AND LIE AND TAKE MONEY. THATS IT!! GET ALERT... DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.

I had taken a package and requested to book hotels, but they are not able to provide the booking and giving so many excuses and I had done so many follow up with them, but no booking was provided, visited to their office & sending so many emails but no proper responses from team.

My suggestion is that kindly don't go with this company it will become your headache and later you will realize. which i am facing currently.

I also have all emails & correspondence which i had send to them to prove my words.

Even don't believe on the words of Ms Sarika Khan and any other staff, they all will commit to provide you the services and will request you to remove rating from this platform but you will not get the services from them.

Not responsible company and not giving any activity when I am trying by email since 2 years

Excellent service from Royal palm holidays. It was a very good experience again. Royal palm never disappoints me and even this time we went to Azerbaijan with my entire family and Royal palm holidays made the trip memorable.

I am happy to report that I am having one of the best Tour experiences planned by Aradhana and executed by Pintu Singh. Pintu recognizes the expectations of the customers and executes them according to their expectations. Pintu picked us from a delayed flight at Delhi Airport and drove us to Agra. He treats the customers as his guests and part of his family. This attitude touched me that he follows his company's mission -- Athithi devo bhava. He arranged appropriate tour guides to show us Taj Mahal, Fathepur Sikri, Jaipur Palaces. He is very prompt and punctual to meet the guests at the hotel

They look like that they are scammers, all affecties should gather against them.

If they have already scammed you go and visit them on 9th floor in Four points by sheraton, do not leave until they agree to refund you full amount.
They will offer you 35 % deduction which is their part of scam earning do not agree to that and visit every Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 6:00 PM.
This company is scammer and liars , Sooraj Singh, Haroon, Miss Khan and Rajesh are liars with big mouth.
Forget about any kind of service from them they are just running scam. Collect money from clients and never answer to emails or phone calls.

A fraud company. Keep yourself away from these people.

After few of my reviews since 2 weeks posted here in google for the RPH Fze, I have got call from Mr. rajesh, the MD or chairman as told by their teams earlier. His words didnt give me any trust regarding my request. He started saying that the package is entered into a software system which no one from their side can modify or do anything , which is a very silly reason. I do not understand how these guys operate really. I have never listen to these kind of answers who says that they cannot modify/change their own internal things.
By this i can clearly understand these guys again started new story to escape and swallow my money.

I have told even to Mr. rajesh during the call today that iam leaving the country and requested for paying back my partial amount atleast 50%, as i didnt use their services till date. And, they dont have interest to do that even.
They wanted to just swallow full money.

So, my sincere request to everyone who sees these review is that do not buy their packages at any cost.
