Great customer service from the staffs. I have took a package to turkey and we enjoyed with family..If you are looking for any holiday packages give it a try with them. Definitely worth it.

This is completely a fake company operate with different company names in different locations around the world with the intention of looting people's money !!! Be cautious about this scam before taking investment, step into their premise (offices) or meet them personally or even don't answer their phone calls. These are well grouped network of peoples.

It's all fake now scam guys,they create a fascinating packages to make ppl pay,once the payment is done, they neither provide the services nor return ur money back,plz don't fall for their trap.the good reviews written r only by their staff members,not the outsiders or their customers.
It's a hell man,plz don't fall for their trap or gifts or vouchers its a way of taking ur hard-earned from ur pockets n nothing else.

They have good package for both international and local.

I paid my cash at fourpoint sheraton hotel sharjah as per Royal Palm Holidays that i received promotion call's from them.I spent nearly 2 hours there and nothing i have received after my full payment. Now it took 3 month's after payment still i am following up with them every time even for my local vacation packages.

Royal Palm Holiday has one of the best package deals you could avail both local and international. I have experienced couple of times and their service is very good. Mr. Hydar who is in Reservation section is very co-operative and Mr. Suraj, though in the Management team gets involved with the customers any time of the day/night. I feel secured and enjoying all my holidays with my family both in UAE and International. All the best for Royal Palm Holidays.

They made me Holidays easy and hassle free

we were persuaded that Royalpalm holiday is a genuine organization and we paid AED 5200 and bought a holiday package, they didn't mention that we will have to pay AED 99 per night if we book the hotel, so later when we checked and found this clause, so i email them that i want to cancel the package, they replied after several calls and follow up emails, that the package can be cancelled on 3 occasions (following 3 options are copied from their email reply)

1) If RPH is fail to provide the services as per the agreement
2) Member is not willing to travel due to health issues ( Need to submit certificate from authorized medical center )
3) Due to government restrictions or Job loss member is settled in home country .(Based on the relevant documents)

i called them several time last few days, but the call goes to answer machine and later gets disconnected, today when i called around 4.15 PM (Wednesday) , the recording says "you have called after the working hours"
please someone guide me to recover my money.

With royal explore tourism it was a best experience because i am enjoy a lot with my familyy

Acqua hotel pattayya was my 1st ever experience of a hotel in thailand & it just took me by awe. The most fabulous and beautiful location with staff whom care for you.The property is accessible via a speedboat from the airport & right from the time the staff receive you at the island they make you feel so warm & welcome. I'd give them more than a 5/5 if I could for their hospitality. Keep up the great work team.

They are big liars and scammers. How they will cheat you.
1. They will call you in a hotel that you won lucky draw and you will get free gifts etc.
2. They will promote there package offers by telling lies. Whatever questions and cross questions you will put They will say big yes and directly or indirectly they will show that they cover it.
3. When you try to avail that facility after paying, you feel like you were fooled. Your relationship manager will say that the customer care will contact and he himself will not help at all. In our case the manager was "Sooraj".
4. Then you receive a call from customer care and they listen to your grievances and transfer it to the most authoritative person as claimed. In our case it was "Mrs Khan", who will say that she is going to see how come their representatives tell lie about services which we don't give. You also get a shock by knowing that your money is not refundable which was promised, and you come to know that you have signed hell lot of documents in a hurry as they did not give you time to read.
5. Mrs khan or someone like her will make you believe that not all services are provided but yes some of them will be. You have no choice but to avail them as your payment is not refundable.
6. You plan to avail the package and mail them the dates and other details in advance. You will get a reply that you will get a confirmation on such and such date. You keep waiting and don't get any replies even after follow up mails. Your planned date crosses and you don't get a mail. Now you realize that it was a truly well planned scam like a movie and your money is lost. In frustration you might come and write a review like me or be at home in depression thinking what made you believe in them?

I have attached screenshots as proof as on other reviews they have commented "not registered with us".

We initially chose an international package but got reduced to local tours as an alternative, explained in point 5 above.

They never pick up the call whenever required.It goes on the answering machine and then gets disconnected.Never replies to any emails after giving them reminders.

If you have paid them through Credit Card,

Call up your bank
Ask if you have credit card protection

If the bank says yes,

Tell them that you have made an authorized transaction, but the merchant is not providing service.

And you want to dispute the transaction

The bank should ideally initiate a case for you
( the bank will say it may or may not work in your favor )

Provide the bank with all the proof when they ask for it.

Including your mails requesting specific tours.
And proof that they didn't provide any service.
Also all the papers you have from them.

Make sure to write in paper the entire turn of events as to how you ended up paying them and you request services but they just won't provide anything.

You may receive your money back.

Do NOT say anything more than the above to your bank, as it is beyond their scope, and may reject the dispute, if you don't choose your words carefully.

( Gist of the situation being :
> Authorized transaction was made
> Merchant is not providing service
> You have credit card protection
> You want to dispute the transaction )

Fake and Worst Travel Agency (ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS)

I don't want to give a Single star to this FRAUD TRAVEL AGENCY.

Yeah! I am talking about Royal Palm Holidays which is located in Sharjah and running by a lady name Ms. KHAN.

Their representative called me and said that my name was selected by a lucky draw in Ansar Mall, Sharjah and you will get free gift hamper and flight ticket discount voucher (250 AED) and Family stay vaucher with 4* Hotel Accommodation. All was fake and useless.

They organised an event in Four Point Sheraton Hotel, Al Qasimia, Sharjah. And asked me and my family to attend that. We all went there and they started convincing us about their tour packages and their offers and promised us to give 5 star hotel like J.W. Marriot and all.

We paid 9000 AED for their offer. They have given the list of tourist places in the same package. After that we planned for a trip with this Royal Palm and try to book the date and after struggling a long they didn't give us a proper date when we want to go for trip. They always making excuses like date is not available or hotel is not available or that hotel is not under your package but while taking the money for the package they told this all hotel you can book but later they denied....it was disgusting.

I paid money by credit card and they said there is no charges but later i got a interest from bank for the credit card then Royal Palm Holidays person Ms. Khan told me that they will give the interest money which i am paying to the bank. And they devided that money into 4 part and given me the date of reimbursement. But 1st reimbursement paid after 1 month of the given date. 2nd reimbursement was on 30th sept 2022 but till now they didn't give. For the 1st reimbursement I had call them, email to them so many time and again same excuses like due to internal audit its postponed to next month and same thing they did during my tarvel plan aslo.

Still I am struggling with this company to get my Interest money back. I forgot about my 9000 AED which they are not going to give any facilities on time or as per your choice.

One more thing, they told us that we will get one Family Loyalty Cards which i supposed to get in 7 to 10 days but they gave me after fighting with them and aftet 4 to 5 month, can you imagine. When they have taken money, they were very kind but after that they are even not answering the call. After trying a lot one of their desk person told us that kinldy email to their mrd dept.

Is this the way you people treat your customers.

They always ask us to book an appointment then come....what is this...to book an appointment for travel agency. They should be open all the time.

They always locked and closed their office door totally with security chain. And best thing is that the security person sits inside the locked door and whenever you go that person won't allow you immediately. As they are scared with something they have stolen. No where company like this lock their office like this.

My dear friends whoever reading this plz plz plz don't ever try to attend their events and don't attend their call and plz don't pay a 1 AED to this company.

IT'S A BIG FRAUD COMPANY

At the time when we signed up, big promises were made to us of offering us quality 4 and 5 style hotels like Marriott group, Intercontinental and Accor group of hotels. The first time we asked for a booking in September for Abu Dhabi Yas Island, we got no response for 2 weeks despite my repeated emails and phone calls which never went through. No email with the list of hotels was sent to me. And then suddenly 1 days before your person calls to state that our vouchers are ready ! And we didn't even know which hotel we were booked into. Very pathetic service indeed.

When I called to cancel the package one of the reps .persuaded me to give Royal Palm holids another chance to serve us better So I decided to give another booking request. I wanted to have a Staycation for my father's milestone birthday and requested a hotel booking in Fujairah. I was sent a list of properties in which Fujairah Rotana was listed. So I filled the booking request form on 27th September and got a reply that Reservations will get back to me by 7th October. No response from their end. Finally I had to calrland follow-up. He promised me that he would get me the hotel, But the Reservations team replied with some cheaper 3 star hotels which are all based in the city and we would never choose even if we were paying from our pocket.

We have lost thousands of dirhams but I will expose the company for the frauds that they are.

I filled a raffle coupon in Safeer mall Sharjah & same I was called to attend their seminar in Sheraton Hotel Sharjah with my wife to claim my prize. Even though I was hesitant in buying my wife insisted & I ended up buying 30 days package. They promised me interest free monthly payments however my bank advised that it was not possible & I had to pay the whole amount upfront as they don’t deal with this company. Luckily when I contacted them they answered & advised they would refund me 1000 & provide 3 extra night.

Sometime later we planned a staycation we tried to contact them thru email well ahead of time we got no response. After several calls went unanswered I read reviews & found out this company is a long running scam.

I filled a case against them thru Tasheel office in Sharjah. The process is lengthy as all the documents are required to be legal translated to Arabic for court. There will be several online session court dates only. After that the court will summon you & send an agent to their office to serve the final notice. Once we went as usual their office was closed no matter what time of the day you attend.

They do not answer phone calls at all.
Since they don’t even respond to court after a few online court hearings there will be a judgement against them. Once that happens you need to go back to Tasheel office & advise them to legally put the bans on their company by paying small fees like Visa Renewal ban, Licence renewal ban, Ejari ban, Vehicle renewal ban & so on.

After I did all the bans were implemented I was contacted by their attorney who offered me half of my money in form of cheque to withdraw my case I refused & requested full amount. After several more phone call of their attorney insisting on setting on smaller amount which I refused, I was offered my full refund which they had to pay in court I agreed to remove the case.

This company is doing this scam weekly basis in different hotels by hiring their meeting rooms & out of hundreds of people several people end up buying their fake travel package. They are aware that people don’t have time to go thru the hassle of courts to get their money so they do this brazenly.
I request the authorities to look into this & all similar companies & root out all the fake ones who prey on people’s emotions to scam them out of their hard earned money with zero return.
