THE PONZY HOLIDAY SCHEME OF ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS (FZE), Sharjah.

As written in my earlier 02 reviews about the holiday scheme that I bought for AED 15,000.00 and the “ZERO SERVICES” that I received, I decided to take the legal route of lodging a formal complaint through Tasheel.
My sponsor agreed to help me. Through his contacts in SAIF Zone I can to know that hundreds of cheated & suffering clients and customers come asking for help to reach out to the Saif Zone office of Royal Palm Holidays every day. Came to know that one Ms. Shabana is one of the main company contacts. This made sense to the ~95% of the employees from Pakistan. But that’s not the point.
Even the SAIF Zone personnel gave the “NEGATIVE” feedback about Royal Palm Holidays (FZE) and the Tasheel office had hundreds of complains and court cases against Royal Palm Holidays (FZE).
So, my sponsor somehow reached out to the top guys in the company for the FULL REFUND of AED15,000.00.
I also started getting calls from their so-called legal agents for taking back the complaint!
On the pressure from my sponsor, RPH (FZE) agreed to refund the money after deducting 30%. On further pressure from my sponsor Royal Palm Holidays agreed to reduce the deduction to 10% (AED 1500.00) and refund me back AED13,500.00. The same was done in cash.
So, do you now understand the modus operandi of the Royal Palm Holidays (FZE)? It’s simple - on pressurizing through proper channels they refund after deducting 10-30% as admin charges.
So, whether you & I get the “promised services” or not, the Royal Palm Holidays (FZE) gets to retain 10-30% of the deposited money.
This is the modus operandi of this ponzi company and scam scheme!!!

Do not get trapped in their marketing calls and free gifts. Else, take free gifts of dinner sets and walk out. Do not get trapped in their sweet talked holiday schemes!

We subscribed for a holiday package with Royal Palm Holidays fze and we were promised a free complimentary stay at Queen Elizabeth 2 hotel in dubai,as part of the welcoming gifts.

Royal palm holiday reservations team Ms.Khan.went far and beyound and got us one of the best historical places a must visit to see and enjoy this amazing place in Dubai

Once they knew it was my wife's birthday they offered us and bought us a birthday cake to make this stay memorable.

They are big bluffs. They all are fraudsters . I can't believe people can go this low to feed their stomachs. We are earning money so hard and they all are one call away from us just to loot our money. I went to Amber supermarket (Al Khan) for groceries,one of the staff ( they are also one of them fraudsters)from them asked me my number n my husband's profession then they sorted the people according to the profession. They made us call saying you have won 250 AED off on air ticket,won dinner set n 3 nights/ 4dats trip. We went to four points by Sheraton hotel in Sharjah . So that she could put hands in our pockets. They made us believe on them ,out of the kindness and trust we paid them 5000 AED. Still couldn't avail one offers. I have been sending emails to them since May . But no replies. If we reach out on call ,the girl on landline number gets nervous.

Really a very nice Company to get a very good packages and in very best price that u can afford and u can enjoy amazing places, very cooprative staff aswell the specially there customer service team in really coorperative and will understand your problem , so if anybody wants to enroll just join Royal Palm Holidays u will never get dissapointed.Thanks team

Our travel planner and the team pulled together an amazing trip in a challenging environment. I forgot how different the covid era is (which is a testament to the excellence of the trip that they put together) Our travel planner intuitively knew where to include higher-end experiences -- hotels but also located in the right place. And the pricing was very reasonable, given the customized experience.

Very much happy with the service ,the way staff is planing the our family holiday is really good

This is Syed , I already requested you guys for tickets and hotel booking before 2 months ago but u guys are doing same thing now as u done before that we are working on it etc but I need a confirmation now otherwise I will complain against you , and reply me back as soon as possible , very bad service and no one take the responsibility

They guys are big scam - my friends uncle got a package from them for AED 13000 and despite wasting several hours chasing them to book a hotel with them for 30 days - it never happened.

Then he mentioned to book anything, but even that never happened - as per my last update he is doing a legal case against them because these guys continue to do the same scam with others

There seems to be a big problem coming your way - I’m addressing to Royal Palm Scam Team, because all those who are affected has a WhatsApp group and they have hired a legal lawyer to do a case against to stop this scam which has happening openly in Dubai and Sharjah.

People in dubai work and usually doesn’t have time to follow the legal route, and they specifically do it in places like discovery garden where not everyone is elite and have luxury and time to follow the legal cases.

they complete frauds, they will tell you attractive made up package fro holidays, they will play with your emotions and will trap you to give them 13000 dirhams . they are totally fake, I was one of the victim, but i recovered my money via court. plz contact me if anyone else is also been looted by these ppl. they are doing this every week in a big Hotel
