Excellent first impressions!

I was very impressed by the receptionist who took my call - very thoughtful, kind and thorough. She passed the message to Stacey (Accounts Manager) who rang me promptly as promised, had clearly taken the time to read the message in detail - so that I didn't have to start from scratch (as is so often the case) and was understanding and helpful. Excellent first impressions of this company.

Kim was really nice

Kim was really nice, he’s patient and kind and helpful and very efficient! He solved my issue quickly and his following was very impressive! I really wish my other flat was managed by Red Rock.

Diabolical

Red Rock has been responsible for the management of the building for a number of years and I am appaled at their incompetence.

Incorrect billing to leaseholders, invoices go unpaid for suppliers, lack of respose to leaseholders group emails..., the list goes on.

Dear Archie,
We took over from the previous agent in 2024, they had failed to carry out the most basic checks, failed to produce any accounts and pay contractors. Since taking over the management of the building we have dealt with the lack of accounts and payment of contractors, we have started billing for the use of heat/hot water and gas, if the previous agent had done just some of this during their tenure it would have made everything much easier from the start.

Outstanding service

Red Rock has been managing our building for just over a year now and it's made a hugely positive difference, which I called out at our most regent AGM. I recommend Red Rock wholeheartedly, especially Stacy Head.

Communal Areas

I am a tradesman and I have now dealt with this management company for 3 separate jobs, very easy to work with, communication is on point and planning of jobs in and around communal/tenanted areas have been very easy! I deal with Ellie mostly and she has been very helpful with everything! I will definitely recommend them as a management company myself.
