I stayed with RR Properties at 138 Cromwell Road building since May 2019 until May 2023 during my study at Imperial College and they have been amazing and very helpful. The flat building is safe and located at a very good location. Right outside the flat is a bus stop and big supermarket.

When anything broke down or went wrong in the flat they were happy to send their maintenance team to help fix without extra charge.

During COVID time they also helped with a very good promotion for the room as well.

I can say that having a good flat and reliable agent helped make my London experience great and have lesser thing to worry about. All the staffs here are very helpful. I personally consider Mr. Razin, Hayley, Amar and the maintenance team my good friends.

As a student living here for less than a week, i'm truly grateful and astounded by the service provided.

Before renting, the staff were extremely welcome and understanding towards me and my flatmate's worries of moving in a new place as university students. They helped us pick out the best convenient and suitable flats for us and gave us many choices. The interiors were really suited to our taste and was aesthetic, making us feel really comfortable and eager to move in. The location placed at a perfect area for us — close to sainsburys, hyde park, gloucester road station, imperial college london, boots etc.

When moving in, the agency gave us clear, concise information to smoothen this process, which was highly appreciated. Whenever there were troubles with the flat, the agency would provide various services, ranging from mechanics, electricians, housekeepers with immediacy, and would inform us of the problem, how to solve it and when it could be done (which is usually very fast). These services are always led by kind, experienced and understanding people, who helped alleviate our stress during these situations. RR properties definitely guarantees excellent service and an embracing environment.

Recently I left my key in my room whilst my flatmate was out of town for the whole day. Of course I was full of panic and anxiety, immediately calling RR properties for help. They guided me on what to do, where I can go in order to stay safe and relaxed whilst I wait for my friend. After awhile, the agency and landlord told me that they will offer to pay for a locksmith to replace the lock and keys in order to resolve this problem, which immediately took away all my worries. Both the agency and landlord were incredibly sympathetic, and were quick to help when this situation arose. I've never felt so grateful as the agency and landlord took care of the costs, and the locksmith took less than half an hour, allowing me to get back to my flat.

Both me and my flatmate's experience so far, in less than a week, has been extrelemy pleasant despite the troubles we faced. RR properties have been so patient and constantly helped resolve every problem, worries or inquiries that we had, and is extremely reliable.

I would definitely recommend RR properties because so far I have been astounded by the services that were provided. Again, me and my flatmate am truly grateful and happy about this.

The building where I lived was very well mantained. The managment always promtply responded to issues and fixed what was wrong. I would recommend for young professional and students looking for a place to stay in central London that is resonably priced and functional.

Amar and Hayley have been super professional for the past 2 years I’ve stayed in Cromwell Road. Their response to our issues have been quick and would highly recommend international students studying in imperial college london to approach them!

I am really grateful for all the help I received from the staff at RR properties. From viewing the properties and signing the contract to following up after completion of the whole process, customer service was excellent and they managed to find a room which suited my budget. I would highly recommend the services of this company as it is extremely rare to find one that is so accommodating and takes into account the tenant's interests. I live in London and have been living with RR Properties for the past 9 months. The accommodation provided is very clean and very comfortable, and the staff at RR Properties are very friendly and always very eager to help.

Secondly, the location of the accommodation is perfect. Its located within walking distance of Gloucester station, Hyde Park and Imperial College. Would highly recommend it to any student planning to stay in London.

I was a tenant from 2018-2021 during my undergraduate studies at Imperial College. I had an excellent time - rooms are well taken care off and the management was very friendly and helpful with any enquiries that I had. I absolutely recommend them!!

While the staff working there was nice and sometimes helpful, this company is run by scammers.

Even if the flats look good in the pictures, they are actually in relatively poor condition. I could go on and on about the flat condition and the high price, but this is not even the main reason for my dissatisfaction. These people make plenty of promises about solving any problem together in a reasonable fashion, but once you sign the contract, they refuse any kind of discussion. Except from the staff in the building, the company office is overall rude in their emails, and they scammed all the students living there during covid. For the people who had to leave the UK, they did not even accept to drop the charges for water and electricity. I have many friends who were in similar situations and all the other landlords/companies did agree to some kind of arrangement, and most even waived rent for at least 6 weeks to consider the covid situation.

The management of this company delivers a poor service while being rude to customers, and has no regard for anything except their profit. If you really need a place, I guess you can go there, but do not expect anything at all from them. If they can make a profit while screwing you, they will. Signing with them has been the worst decision I made both for the experience and the amounts of money I lost.

If you still have any doubt and think I am just an isolated case, it takes just a minute to see they use fake reviews. (about 15% are 1 star reviews with numbers of likes, and all the rest 5 star reviews without likes... this is obviously not the profile of a trustworthy company). Their profile of having only "completely elated people" or "completely dissatisfied people" is repeated on the different websites. This means that in addition to using fake reviews, they aren't even smart about it.

I don't doubt they will probably reply to this review with lies, either some false accusations or even saying that I never rented with them.

I’ve rented with RR for two years and I really liked their service. They give a fair price and they take care of everything from cleaning, bills, and internet. Whenever I have a problem with the flat they are always willing to help. The office is also very friendly.

I lived here for 3 years, and have always had the supportive services of Basim, the building manager, and highly recommend using their agency. For students, they handle a lot of the admin for you, by contacting the council tax for you and no agency fees for students.

The flat I am living in is very clean, well-organized, and fully furnished. The qualities of my bed, closet, tables etc. are very high. I am having a wonderful living experience here.
The agents are friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to my needs. I still remember the feeling when I got the blessing phone call from them on Spring Festival. It is such a warm gesture that makes international students feel like home.
The maintenance engineer is very responsive and he regularly checks with me about my flat condition. He is a skillful engineer with attention-to-detail attitude.
Overall, I am very happy with the services they provide and I highly recommend students live in such a hospitable place!

Agents are super friendly and helpful in every way. They also provide everything you need to decide on a flat, even during the pandemic.. (live virtual tours, regular check-up/calls, etc.) Absolute stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Their flats on Cromwell Road are super convenient, close to IC South Kensington Campus and Sainsbury's. The flat is safe with satisfactory maintenance services and quick responses.
