The management is very professional and responsive to the needs of tenants. The building is well kept and safe. The apartments are functional and well kept too.

RR has always been a fair, reliable and serviceable letting agency.

I stayed with RR properties for 3 years. Good flats, especially for students, offering plenty of space and facilities such as TV and AC.
The service was always prompt and efficient, both from the reception and from the maintenance team.

I would like to recommend RR Properties to everyone, I was very happy for more than a year living in my bedsit. I felt very comfortable and safe in a building that had everything I needed. The building is continuously being taken care of: during my stay, carpets, lighting fixtures, among other things, were refurbished. The only time I needed something to be repaired, they sent someone the next day to fix it. The agents have always been kind to me. I would also like to mention that I doubt there is a better place to stay for people that come to London for the first time: I was able to reserve my bedsit from another country and when I arrived I was happy to see that everything was exactly as in the pictures, for a very good price. To summarize, I would totally recommend this agency and its flats to everyone. I will always remember my first happy year in this city, partly thanks to RR Properties. -Juan

Very comfortable apartments and good customer handling

I moved to London in September last year, I looked through so many properties and finally chosed RR properties, cuz the location of the flat is convenient for my workplace, just 2 mins walk to the tube station (District Line) and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. After I moved in, their service was good, if something went wrong, they would get back to you  and sorted it out very quickly. I'd like to stay with RR properties again if I come London in the near future

I am an American student relocating to London For grad school and my biggest fear was how to find housing so far away. RR properties has made this process seamless, and so easy! I have not had trouble contacting them at all, very responsive and even scheduled FaceTime viewings of the studios I wanted to see. I would recommend them to any international students moving, as they take all your fears away. I am happy to update my review once I move in, but so far so good! I am very excited to move into my RR properties flat!!

Hi, I am previous tenant of RR Properties. I left my flat in cromwell road because of covid-19, maintenance has helped me check my flat and make sure everything is fine while I am still away. Hopefully the situation will improve soon, once the circumstances allow, I plan to come back to stay with rr again.

One of the best flats ever lived. Agency requires no admin fee and all staff is very professional. The flat is marvelous and strongly recommended!

The management responds to our request for assistance in a very quick and professional manner. The service makes me feel like living in a service apartment.

The in house laundry is good, they have a decent number of washing machine and dryer units which is convenient for the tenants.

The premises are rather safe with a working CCTV and a proper secure access. The place that I am living in, which is in Cromwell Road has no concierge but the management office always took cares of packages and mails delivered to us. The place is also close to Gloucester tube station and 2 minutes walking distance to Saisnbury's supermarket which make this place really convenient.

However for your maximum satisfaction renting here, please do always have a viewing for your room in person if possible and do check all the offered amenities.

I came to leave a review for RR Properties. I have been a tenant with them for 2 years now in Cromwell Road. They have always been very understanding and I just wanted to express how well they have coped given the current Covid-19 lockdown. Many companies are going bust, but rr is still here intact, reliable and they continue to provide maintenance service with flexibility! This is a well deserved review.

I have been staying with them during the quarantine. The apartment is very comfortable and I love the location, it is right by a huge superstore! The staff were very quick to answer my calls and help me with my maintenance issues. I'm very grateful for their services and highly recommend the agency.

I came here to leave a review, and I am disgusted to read that some tenants, maybe the genuine tenants, have left such negative reviews over such petty and childish matters. I rented a property from this company. My wife caused unintential damage to a wall, and I offered to pay for it, the matter was resolved amicably. If as a tenant you want free accomodation then, there are lots of parks to sleep in. My experience was pleaseant, of course some staff do not have 1st class english, but that is the current state of our economy. Thank you RR Properties for a pleaseant stay.

Hello i rented an apartment on cromwell road by the agency rr properties between the 22/07/2019 and 31/07/2019. the welcome was warm. the chek in was done with a person who i've shown a lot of irregularities in the apartment, which I still have the photos. the person was always told that there are no worries for that . I left a deposit as I do in other hotels and I get at the end since I leave the place very clean , my wife is skilled on these things. on the day of departure we were surprised by another person who came to do the check out.. this gentleman before he even see the apartment said that it is not clean. my wife was angry and has reviewed every detail with him .then the guy told us that it was necessary to wash the sheet. my wife responded to him with what we are going to cover us and the 2 children if they are washed. no response, of course. the gentleman
returned to the agency, which was next door to tell them to subtract £ 50 from the deposit because we did not wash the sheet. it was found that the scam was prepared. unfortunately we had to leave quickly to catch the plane on time. so we paid 50 pounds. so please when you rent with these people have to be careful with this detail by giving the deposit. if not bring with you bed linen for the last night. good holiday.
