Delivered to main door not flat
Delivered heavy furniture. The first day I was on my own. I assumed they would bring it up in the lift to me (all other deliveries are like this). Delivery driver rang me to find out where I was as I hadn't come down yet. Second delivery was a 12.5kg table top. Luckily my husband was home and we were able to push it into the lift by turning it over and over. Not impressed with this delivery at all. Will be more careful about deliveries in future. They clearly care more about running to time than customer service.

Delivery to the curb, not front door
We have ordered several pieces of furniture with delivery to the front door ("Bemærk, at varerne leveres ved hoveddør i gadeplan"), but the driver left it at the curb and refused to carry them to the door. If that was clearly specified as delivery to the curb, I would have ordered carrying into the room.
Also driver called 2-3 minutes before arrival, not 1/2 - 1 hour in advance as specified in the message from RTC.

We are sorry about your delevery and the driver hasn't called you 30-60 minutes before delivery, as he should. Our driver deliver to the first obstacle on the way. The driver must have judged that it was not possible to deliver at your door.
