Swollen knew

I had to much pain but mu doctor realized at the first visit and inject my medicine, now I feel better but it was better when people had active diseases give them as soon as possible appointment because my swollen knew hurt my leg and my nerves to much.

Skødesløs, respektløs og utroværdig service

Den 16.01.2024 havde jeg en oplevelse med RTC's dårlige og skødesløse service. 2 lastbiler kørte ind på min gade og stoppede foran min bolig. Fra vinduet i mit køkken så jeg personalets opførsel og var chokeret. Fra lastbilen smed han møblerne på gaden, som om han smed affald. Ved at tage et GoPro-kamera skyndte jeg mig ud på gaden for at optage deres uprofessionelle adfærd. Da han så mig, begyndte han at kæmpe med mig i en aggressiv tilstand. Det andet personale dukkede også op fra den anden lastbil og begyndte at slås med mig for at filme deres arbejdsprocedure. I mafia-stil tvang de mig til at stoppe med at filme. De var meget uhøflige og uhøflige. De tog den modtagende signatur fra mig på deres iPad. Mens jeg montering møblerne, mangler jeg nu en kasse, som de ikke leverede, men fik min signatur på deres iPad, uden at levere alle kasserne med ansvar og på en professionel måde.. De er ikke til at stole på. Efter denne oplevelse er det mit råd, at du inden underskrift skal læse på deres iPad, hvor mange kasserne er. Tæl numrene på alle kasser og giv dem derefter underskrift Der mangler en æske af skrivebordet. Hvilket jeg ikke fik fra denne skødesløse transporttjeneste. Koden på den manglende boks er: 00370733740895916929. Jeg er ikke sikker på, om jeg nogensinde får denne forsvundne æske. På grund af RTC's dårlige service er jeg utilfreds og ude af stand til at sove. Besides the aggressive, rude and careless behaviour of the RTC staff. The other complaint is about their dishonesty and non-professional behaviour. On 16.01.2024 they delivered many packets and placed them in 2 different rooms. In the end, they showed me a space on the screen of their tablet to sign there. After leaving my home they sent an SMS about the details of the packets they delivered. After knowing the details of the packets, I started to confirm, if I received all the packets. I was disappointed to know that that one packet was missing (which contains the legs of the computer table). I complained to the JYSK furniture store about the missing of one packet. When the JYSK contacted the RTC, the reply of the RTC was very selfish. RTC replied that the customer gave them a signature, which means that the customer has received all packets. So, by law now RTC is not responsible for any missing packet. To explain the selfish and dishonest behaviour of RTC, I like to tell one story about another transport company in Manchester, United Kingdom. The transport company in Manchester went to the Godown of Amazon to deliver their load (a big container full of many pallets of electronic goods. The staff of Amazon unloaded the pallets from the container, attached to the truck and the staff of Amazon put his signature about receiving the delivery. On the next day, the owner of the transport company found a pallet full of electronic goods in the container. The staff of Amazon failed to unload all the pallets from the container. The transport company in Manchester can behave like the RTC transport, that now they are not responsible for giving those electronic goods to Amazon, as the staff of Amazon gave them signature about receiving that delivery. Although by law the transport company in Manchester has signature of the Amazon about receiving the full load. That transport company was not selfish like RTC transport. That transport company has a lot of care for the customer and it was their moral responsibility to return the electronic goods to Amazon Godown, though they had the signature of receiving those goods. Actions speak louder than words. The transport company in Manchester has proved that they do care about their customers, while the RTC transport has proved that caring the customers is their fake claim.

Goods arrived in broken, in pieces

Unfortunately, one of the products arrived entirely in pieces. I didn't open all the packages before I brought them in, so I signed without knowing the state of the products. However, I'm absolutely sure it didn't happen in the 3 meters between the truck and my apartment.

We are sorry to read about the broken product.
You have to contact Ilva about that.
In a curb delivery, you are not supposed to open and check the goods for damage. The driver dont have time for that.
If there is visible damage to the packaging, it should be noted on the transport slip.
