Disappointing Experience
It has been an overall, disappointing experience with this purchase. To start with the gift vouchers didn’t work and I had to pay cash for the dining table we wanted. Then to top it off, I was pretty disappointed in the delivery service of the goods. We were informed that the delivery would be free but I wasn’t informed whilst ordering that this would be dropped off in the curb … Had i known, i would have looked for alternatives as the table was 60Kg and I had no one at home to help me move it from the kerb. The customer support (store) wasn’t very helpful and not the best at customer support.
I havent opened the box yet and do not know what damage is there from the drop of at the kerb at it was left on granite rubble instead of the lawn!

We where booked for a curbside. We are not aware of which service has been agreed in the store, other than a curbside. Therefore it's between you and the store.
It's the same with the gift vouchers.
It sounds like there have been some communication issues, which affect your delivery experience with us, however, we have no influence on this.

Good delivery people, sales support not so great. No IKEA..
Lots of ifs and buts and a unpleasant general tone in the communication overall. Return policy not great. Might not do business with ILVA agin.

Fast and efficient
Super fast, spoke English and was very helpful. The delivery person let us know in time, when he would come, installed the washer and dryer how we wanted it and knew what he was doing. Cool guy!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The delivery guys couldnt take out the dishwasher where i needed to take by myself. Also they assembled it so bad that it looks crooked and 1 cm lower than top. And they left the kitchen furniture that they have taken out unassembled and left. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE… I will return my product 1st thing tomorrow to POWER
