Overbooking and delay on the flight

Even if you see minimum price on their site, do not book it because if even a little thing goes sideways ways like name change or reservation change, these guys do not help at all. They say everything needs to be done at airlines site. I think this is the worst service i have seen in my 14 year of flying.

Avoid. You'll Score a great deal and book with them and they will wait for the price to increase and then cancel it, blaming out of their Control. And then insist to rebook with them at a ridiculous price, twice the original.

This is a scamming company and you should steer well clear of it. I made a booking, received a confirmation and an e-ticket instantly only to be told the next morning that due to technical difficulties, they could not assign me my seat and therefore would have to cancel the booking. Of course, they said, they would refund me my money but at the time of writing they have not done so. There is no point of contact on their platform and ALL the phone numbers I have gleaned from the internet do not work, I really do not know how Momondo can include them in their search engine

Scam! Price changes as you click on payment Button. This is just pure robbery. Do not use.

This is a scam! When you buy a flight they add up the cost of some weird premium package they have without even asking for your permission.
I pressed confirm on my flight showing 125€ and while the page was loading I saw the price increasing to 160€.

Be careful with the Full Flex cancellation policy option. If you book multiple passengers in one booking (eg, traveling with friends) you will not be able to receive the money back, you will only get a voucher with the total amount of the reservation or a voucher with the % if one passeger cancels (and you will not be able to use the cancelation policy again for that booking). This is crazy considering that you pay cancellation per passenger!

Very bad customer service. They claim that they resolve requests within 48 hours. this is absolutely not true. i have been waiting for an answer to my request for 5 days. i am no 1 day before my trip and i still dont have any answer or solution to my situation.

Worst customer service!

Sent proof of payment and they said it would take 24-48 hours to process. It has been a lot longer than that and have not heard a word from them. They've just taken the money. All of their customer support phone lines don't exist.

I made a booking and done the payment for the booking. They called me on Saturday 13:12 hrs informing me that they need additional information for the travelers, they had sent an email with the request and that I had 24hrs to provide that information.
On the same Saturday at 17:57hrs the sent me an email informing me that my flight had been canceled due to no being able to contact me. Now I am sitting without a flight for those dates unless I pay quite a bit more for each flight.

Please be careful with this website. They tried to scam me — when I selected a ticket, the cost was €890, but at the final moment, when I went to pay with my card, it automatically changed to €1,065. I do not recommend this site.
