Is it in the training manual for the enforcement agents when they take the low life job to treat people like utter pieces of s…
I have been repaying them monthly for a huge council tax bill that yes we stupidly let get out of control but for the last 2 years I have been repaying the debt and NEVER missed a payment until this month when we experience severe financial struggle! It was supposed to be paid on the 1st today is the 17th and I have had a very rude inconsiderate clearly inhumane enforcement by the name of David shove a piece of paper in my door demanding a full repayment of £2170 in full.
When I called him to explain and ask if I could re set up an arrangement he went “nope past that stage” what after 2 weeks?? He said if I didn’t have it he’d be coming into remove my “stuff” well actually no you ain’t David because I promise you now I will find that money and make you count it in £5notes in front of me

Just because people get into financial trouble does not make them scum! So please stop treating people as if this is the case. We are all far better people then the likes of you will ever be FACT

Wish I could give them 0 I left my address 8 months ago due to a violent Incident first email today so I phone them and they are sending bailiffs to old address which has children. She didn’t care I offered to pay which is 2 hundred end of week and still enforcement going ahead. Who employs these imbeciles. I’m vulnerable and now even more worried.

Terrible!

Terrible!

I had agreement with them.. I offered 430GBP a month for 3 months to repay my debt.. So should be May,June and July, I managed to repay early so paid 860GBP in June and paid the entire debt... they still sent enforcement agent to my house and charged me 330GBP because I broke the agreement! I said that I paid early and he couldn't even listen to me... I was told if I don't pay 330GBP in full now then there will be further actions even that everything has been paid! I was crying, shaking and screaming! I rang the office and they said that the charge is correct and there is nothing they can do and hang up on me!
I had to pay 330GBP to avoid further actions... I asked them if they will stop coming now and I had no answer! Absolutely shocking!

Absolute sharks

Absolute sharks. I informed them of the date I could make the payment, but they refused to accommodate it. I explained that I would be paid on the 10th and could settle my balance then, but they insisted that the payment had to be made by the 9th, threatening to send bailiffs otherwise. Despite making the payment on the 10th, they still sent a bailiff to my home, which resulted in an additional £300 charge being added to my balance. This is absolutely outrageous. It’s beyond me how the council can justify using a company like this.

Aggressive debt collectors

Aggressive debt collectors. They use in person collectors who are intimidatory and they do not listen to defences. I have issued proceeding against them for harrasment. I’m about to start injunction action. They are a disgrace and I shall make it a mission to expose them They steadfastly refuse to bring their client into the matter to show how the disputed claim arose. This debt started at £350 they say and they now seek over £750 adding non contractural fees and is over 7 years ago !

Horrific Company

Agent called Claire, Decided to try and give a legally trained third party that was acting on behalf of a client wrong and misleading information.

Later spoke to scumbag ben a twit of a "supervisor" after a chat with this monkey soon realised he had no brain cells and he said he was 100% happy with how his agent had conducted themselves.

If you need to carry out data protection requests do not go through their a**holes on the phone, find them on the ICO register of fee payers.

KARMA is a bish their offices can always have visitors.

Continually harassing me even though I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number. I have tried to block their number but they still are able contact me every single day. I have told them to contact the person via post only but they do not listen. Think my only option now is to contact the police. Does anyone have any advice if they have been in a similar situation?

A bunch of parasites preying on the weak and vulnerable, anyone working for them should be ashamed. The owners of this scumbag company will one day get their judgement for the disgusting actions they have made against the British public, all in the name of money.

I was actually impressed with them

I was actually impressed with them. I owed council money from years ago after I moved, instead of getting a removal van myself for stuff I left behind they said they'd do it for a fee. As time went on I just fobbed it off (my fault) but now as our local council are in debt they're scrabbling around for every last bit of money owed so sent me a letter from Rundles. I emailed them and within a few emails back and forth they were polite, helpful and set up at a really affordable payback option, with many options to do this. The emails were kind, and not patronising and very efficient leaving me with a piece of mind.

Rundles enforcement agent gave a fake name

After a system fault with a PCN that meant I owed nothing (and the council had acknowledged this) Rundles deployed someone that presented himself as Erik! Erik was given proof of payment from myself but would not take this information onboard. He then went further to say that he can do and take whatever he would like to, and at no point offered me a payment plan or breathing space. I requested numerous times to be supplied with a legitimate Court Order or any judicial information ie Court number, case number and warrant reference, I never received any. only after multiple requests from Rundles themselves it Appears Erik was not in-fact his name, he had given me a false name completely. I requested formal ID on him from Rundles and their reply was "the reference we have for this agent is 749" and still avoided another of mine when requesting information on under what function they were executing the "warrant" such as county court, magistrates ect. My last interaction with (Erik) was through my camera doorbell where he announced that he was with a warrant officer and that he had clamped my work vehicle and was calling a towing company to remove it unless I paid immediately even though he had not shown a control or provided an up to date control of goods order of any description even though I had informed him that it was my means of transport. neighbours kindly informed me that he had never clamped the vehicle at all. I cant count how many code of conduct rules and guidelines were not adhered to throughout this entire process and I am still unable to find Rundles as an organisation on an approved court enforcement register anywhere

Call until you get the right answer.

Had final payment to make, bit late, needed two days extra, the first idiot I spoke to said sending bailiffs immediately, no flexibility, no extra time, tough s##t. rang again, second kind person said no problem, pay in next few days. So always try again if you get an ignorant, uncaring, ‘computer says no’ t##t of a jobsworth first try. Try having a company policy, not a policy based on how someone feels that day.

Thugs

What an absolute disgrace this company are. Admittedly I have 2 years of unpaid council tax to pay (which I didn't due to serious health issues). I had an arrangement with them to pay £50pw which I stuck by and they cancelled (because they can, when they want). I'm now being threatened with removal of goods which is only a tv . He even threatened to break in and remove goods whilst I'm at work.. so I called the council and they instructed them to restart the weekly collection but they still refused.
Are they above the law.
They need shutting down

If I could give them 0 stars I would

Awful, awful humans taking advantage of those who are vulnerable. After being denied a reasonable payment, I was put into a breathing space – today, a bailiff texted me an unprofessional message (I thought it was a scam as it was full of typos). After conversing with the bailiff, it was clear I was getting nowhere – he clearly was on a power trip and enjoys preying on vulnerable young women as many reviews state. I called Rundles to try to sort this again, and the rude, unprofessional agent who answered the phone connected me to the bailiff without my consent. Seriously awful company, if you get contacted by them I am so sorry!

Harassed repeatedly to be told "sorry we have the wrong number"

Recieved repeated messages from Rundle's being told that my debt was being escalated and I had to settle my balance immediately. I thought these were spam initially so ignored but turns out they were actually sending messages, to the wrong number! So I was receiving these threatening messages meant for someone else. Upon ringing I was told "we'll block your number so it doesn't happen again". This really begs the question of how limited their research and quality control is that such a mistake can happen.
