Rundles are robotic!

Rundles are robotic!, When my daughter received a debt letter for council tax she called the big R straightaway, she was told she had to pay the debt in full , when she questioned why they had the words payment arrangements they had no answer, apart from you can do voluntary payments ie £20.00 per month but thy will still send the bailiffs !!!! the whole country is in a financial crisis but Rundles act like thugs ! eric the bailiff put the phone down when asking him intelligent questions !!!! please dont give into their arrogant attitudes call the police if you have offered a payment plan that is affordable to you and wont put you into further debt. So their policy is full payment for 50% and if you do direct debit under what they cal voluntary they still send the bailiffs LOL

A group of unscrupulous individuals…

A group of unscrupulous individuals preying on the vulnerability of those struggling to make ends meet, profiting from their suffering, should evoke a sense of outrage. Every person employed by these individuals should reflect upon their actions with remorse. It's disheartening to witness the harassment of a single mother, caring for her 5-month-old baby, for a mere £2,000, especially during the holiday season. Their relentless pursuit through text messages, letters, and even mailing notices to an outdated address, where she hasn't resided for nearly six years, is both distressing and unjust. These individuals should be held accountable, and the more people who recognise their unethical behavior, the closer we come to eradicating such practices.

This company is on drugs

i dont know what this company is on about and how they even got my phone number, but theyre on about, "you have outstanding debt" and more dumb messages like that. i searched up their company because im only a young teen, and i definetly am NOT in debt. I then saw that they only had 1.3 stars, I then decided to look at reviews and it all added up. just a bunch of dumb scammers full of no sense. i wish i could put -10000000 stars. smh

Have I really got to put one star for these bully boys ...Harrasing and threatening behaviour to my venerable daughter. Rude bullies who think they got some sort of power over young girls. Ought to be ashamed of yourselves .wouldn't talk to a nan like that ...cowards

Rundles are bullies

My daughter agreed to pay a parking fee by instalments she is a single parent She made a instalment then the next one she was a day late she then called them nd said she was sorry but she would make the 2 nd they told her someone had been to the house put a letter through so they were putting another !200 pounds info of the original bill. She is in despair she’s a working mum of two trying to survive she has always worked. You people are thieves. The bailiff in question threaten her whilst in presence of her 9 year old who came on the phone e to me and said a man I heard threatening mummy to take all our furniture away What the hell do these people think they are doing I will be making several calls today nothing but greed lying about visiting when she was home and has a door camera no one bodied he just trying to make a few bucks he’s no different than someone who is trying to gave off you

Complete PR*CKS

I must express my deep disappointment with the team at your organization. It is disheartening to see a lack of empathy and consideration from professionals who should uphold the highest standards of integrity. The apparent insensitivity towards the financial and emotional well-being of numerous individuals is troubling. Every member of this organization should take a moment to reflect on the impact of their actions on the lives of many. The expectation is not just professional conduct but also a display of basic human decency and compassion.

Sarah in the call centre needs some social skills let alone customer service experience.
Rude not sympathetic to ANYONES needs. Just monotone response.

Mr barnes should not be allowed to be…

Mr barnes should not be allowed to be bailiff he is rude very aggressive and I mean very aggressive demanding money when I have a payment plan in place. Hung up on my partner and so did the office because they messed up and couldn’t face it but yet they claim to be all about customer service just dirty pieces of 💩 and mr barnes needs a good seeing to he was abusive to a young lady who had 3 young children and she is on the mental health as he threatens to empty her house EVEN THO she had a plan set up which may I add was not defaulted with another agent but because the communication was terrible he decided to put his big boy nappy on and abuse woman and bully them. Feel sorry for his family what a control freak. I understand people have debts and it needs to be paid which is why the good bailiffs help people resolve it he just doesn’t want to help and thinks the world owes him a favour.
He always sends threatening text and emails and asks you to contact him but yet 10 days still no reply until we continuously rung his phone tk get an answer to be told HIS THE AGENT AND HIS IN CHARGE. What a bellend

Very rude and aggressive

Very rude and aggressive. Hung up when I spoke to them the same way they spoke to me. No reference on the letter or for the Council so I cannot even check its the correct amount which it is not.
Not given 7 days notice but only 2 hours. Refused to tell how to get a DSAR when I asked and will report them for this to the ICO tomorrow.
Refuse to log a complaint over the phone which is considered blocking. No integrity or as they pride themselves on, ethics.

I received a threatening text message…

I received a threatening text message telling me to pay £475 or else, the debt was for unpaid Council Tax which had now risen by £75, apparently due to an attempted visit! to which no card/letter was left.

I called the customer service line the following day, the woman asked if I was going to pay in full, I said no but I would like to make an arrangement, she put me on hold to confirm with the bailiff, some 4 or 5 minutes later a man came on the phone asking why and when I was going to pay in full.

I offered £50 a month to which he rudely refused, and continued to talk to me in a stroppy manner. I was at the end of my calmness by now I told him I was a pensioner with low income and that if he did not want to accept my offer, he should continue to snatch my home contents, (has stated in the original text message), he reluctantly agreed and said ‘you better know how and where to pay and that it is on time!

I replied in the same manner have a nice day and hung up! Awful experience, condescending 👨 man.

Why are Local Councils in partnership with theses companies?

Fraudsters

Fraud, theft, breaching the peace, possessing fake court documents, malicious communications, data breach, unlawful processing of data, mental coercion... so much to list about this scam company. Nobody has any agreement with them they are just a corporation. No more powers than Asda staff. "Enforcement" f**king hoax! "Removal of goods" Nothing for sale so this is conspiracy to steal personal property! Get them served with a CH11 injunction through chancery division! Making demands for money in the mail when there is no contract will have leave you to suffer penal servitude for life under larceny act. Bring it on! Do you even have a deed of assignment for ANY alleged debt?

Rude behaviour

Rude behaviour. Gravesend council works with them in order to recover money you own but the way they speak to you on the phone and treat you and the way they shut the phone on you is unbelievable.
