Biggest Scam Ever, They are ROBBERS with LIES.

They have made a BIG error taking payment from my card. She lied to us over the phone that they have setup the monthly payment from the card I provided and somehow she didn’t setup this at her end to get amount I owned to them then they sent guy called Kemp saying we owe Money to them and we broke the arraignment so basically this company are prying on venerable people to extort money by making a deliberate mistakes and blaming on customer who own the money. Kemp who came to my door had no court paperwork to show and when I asked he was keep saying that it was sent he doesn’t have a copy of it. When I called police they said he cannot enter in to your property without showing you a paperwork from the court. if you have to deal with this vultures please take their numbers and find out where they live and best to deal with them directly as they are breaking the laws so can we.

I had a visit today regarding a PCN…

I had a visit today regarding a PCN outside my 6 year olds school where i parked for 3 minutes to rush an emergency inhaler to he as he is asthmatic. I have disputed this PCN and liaised with the council and told the council i would be happy to attend court to defend my case. I am a single parent to twins (now aged 7) and receive tax credits. I work 10 hours a week and have asked the council if i can pay the original fine seeing as they wont let me dispute in or attend a court hearing. So they call these bullies in and i get an illegible letter with a balance now of £424.00 !!!! how has this happened. Woking Borough Council sunk to using sharks like this to claim such small fines. I thought i was still disputing this but now i have a letter saying we have made a note of your car registration and we can remove this at any given time from anywhere. you have 24 hours to pay and this debt is now with Northampton County Court - who the hell are Northampton County Court and what do they have to do with a parking fine in woking?

Can they take my car. I use this for all my many medical appointments - i am under the care of a neurologist and the memory clinic - i am also having an operation at Ashford Hospital and suffere with Generalised Panick Disorder. In recept of tax credit and lvie alone.

how can this be fair and just? shocking this is allowed in the UK from your own borough council.

Extortion.

Extortion company that lies about missed payments, lies about sending out email notifications, just to get more money out of you.

Apparently missed a payment that said was paid on their own freaking site. They won't send out a 20p letter to make sure you are notified about a payment they can't be arsed to take.

Nasty vile people I have ever had to…

Nasty vile people I have ever had to deal with, they are scumbags. Men that use there power to bully and scare women that are on there own with children. Outstanding debt of 3 grand council tax of which I have been billed for a properly I have not lived at for 3 years No idea about it all until I was about to take my two children under the ages of 8 to school I asked politely if he could come back and I could explain the situation as I really needed to take my children to school and it would make them late. he refused and stood in the way of my door where my children were both stressed and started to get upset he simply did not care . He eventually moved away once he looked into my property and made a comment about “your house is nice you wouldn’t assets taken away” and I started feel threatened he remained to sit outside the house for remaining 15 minutes which resulted in my children being late for school and in floods of tears thinking there things in the home was going to be be taken due to a debt that does not belong to me! Agents at office refused to speak to me I had no choice but to go through to him .mr rapier thinks he’s a big man and obnoxious demanding me what he wants me to pay not even bothering to ask what I can afford! Demanding feesable “couple of hundred pound a week” lots of back and forth he won’t answer now I can’t resolve it unless I speak to him no manager to speak office call operators are exactly the same. If you have dealt with these you will find it hard to believe how these are legally operating and the fact Sandwell council are even using them and I hope you never have to deal with them unreasonable unprofessional and they will not help you resolve unless payment is in full and they TELL you what you must pay back even if it’s unaffordable , they literally laugh at you for being in hard times shame on them lowest of the low. Going to do what I can to take this further!

Scamming unprofessional ill moral…

Scamming unprofessional ill moral individuals. I have no idea how these people get up in the morning and do a job like this. Specially Adilaide she was rude unhelpful and just wants to see innocent people suffer. Rundels have charged me for attending an address I've never lived at they will not liaise with their client to help me resolve this. I have sent so much evidence showing i don’t live there and the address couldn’t have been provided to them therefore it must be an error on woking borough council behalf. They sent txt messages as a form of contact advising there was a balance outstanding on my account with all the scams these days who would take notice of what looks like a scam txt. The call handlers and team supervisor all contradict one another and make the rules up as they go along.

Given the poor reviews im surprised any company uses rundels watchdog need to investigate this company and its obnoxious employees. Really not a job anyone should be proud of.

The director Amy Collins is never available or though I highly doubt she would be any better of a person.

If I could give 0 I would!!

If I could give 0 I would!!
Mr Kelly has the worst attitude I have ever known. I spoke to a Rundles agent who said it was ok for me to make payment at the end of February as I have just started a new job, he called me today and said that my case has been escalated due to none payment, I explained about the phonecall with a different advisor and he said he isn't interested and that they will be at my property next week. For the record I won't be home when they come next week as I have a new job and refuse to lose hours because of an imbecile with a bad attitude who think being abusive is the way to go. All of the details I have will be sent to ofcom and the financial ombudsman. I hope I never speak to you again Mr Kelly.

Repercussions

I had a pair of clowns at my partners door who bullied me into paying a debt that wasn't mine. I didn't actually see them at my door i spoke to them on the phone, this issue had been going on for 3 months between me and one of the mickey mouse councils, I tried to explain to them and even offered a payment plan I was told point blank on the phone that the offer won't be accepted and I will have property removed from my partners house which I'm sure is illegal ... when they visited the property the imbeciles failed to see the ring doorbell and they were both caught on camera and between them they issued a lot of abusive name calling and a threat of 'taking the f****** door off it hinges' now I'm not the law but I'd say that wasn't in there rule book .... I feel what I paid them is going to be worth it when I apply to a magistrate to have both there enforcement certificates revoked, if you are going to be the smart mouth you need to use your head and these clowns didn't.

This company should be shut down

This company should be shut down! i had a text about an outstanding debt which was owed. I emailed them to set up a payment plan which was affordable to myself and prevent any further debts of £200pcm which this was refused as they said the Minimum was £252pcm after 4 or 5 emails later they still refused to accept the payment plan (i dont get why as surely £52per month less isnt going to put them into liquidation). At this point i just wanted to get this sorted so i payed the £252 deposit and setup a payment plan they took the money but the payment plan had glitched on there system and had not gone through. I then logged back in a week later to make the 1st monthly payment to find my account is locked and i am not able to make a payment so i emailed them again saying can you unlock this so i can pay. A couple hours later i logged back in to check if they had done this and noticed a charge on there for a enforcer visit. I quickly called the enforcer and explained everything that had gone on and he was very helpful and friendly (not something said alot about those guys) he said call or email head office and explain to them and see if they can remove the fee as i have been very compliant and its not my fault. I made this months payment from the link the Enforcer game me then called Rundles head office to speak to them regarding the Fee. The lady on the phone was not helpful in the slightest saying that i should of called when the payment plan glitched on there website and got it sorted but i work long hours and making phone calls is not an option but she said "well you get a lunch break" yes i do but its a working lunch not that it matters to her so im still not able to make calls and because of this she has refused to remove the fee of my account. The way she treated this whole situation is abysmal maybe she should be on the roads with the enforcers not hiding behind a phone. I don't get how i can pay the deposit on the 22nd and a week later get a visit from an enforcer surely paying a deposit is saying that i have agreed to a payment plan that they have demanded.

I contacted Rundles customer service…

I contacted Rundles customer service team on the 21/10/22 to speak to them in regards to an outstanding council tax arrears situation. I advised them that I didn't have the means to make a down-payment right there and then as they had requested I make in order for them to allow me to set up a payment plan to help manage the repayment of my debt, but that I could make said down-payment on the 31/10/22 and set up the payment plan as this was my next payday date; the customer service advisor said that they would pause any further collection/enforcement processes until then but should I not make contact on this date to make a payment and set up a payment plan then they would have no choice but to proceed with a property visit and seizure of goods. I thanked them for their patience and stated how grateful I was and committed to making contact on the 31/10/22. I intended to make a call to them today(31/10/22;the agreed date)on my lunch break to make a down-payment and set up my payment plan, however I received a text message at 10am this morning from an enforcement agent stating that they would be proceeding with collection processes today unless they received payment in full no later than 13:15pm today and no further notice would now be given to warn of attendance to my residence. Suffice to say I was extremely distressed by this and so made a call to their offices. The customer service agent I spoke with advised me that, as my account had now been passed over to an enforcement agent I would now have to deal with them directly. I advised them that I had an agreement in place to make contact today and had been assured that, as long as I contacted them to make the down-payment, I could then agree a payment plan with them, to which they replied that they were unable to intervene in any way and that I should speak with the enforcement agent that had messaged me. I called the enforcement agent and I advised them of the previous agreement I had in place with rundles and they simply told me that the payment was now due in full. I said that I didn't have the financial means to make the payment in full, to which they asked if I could contact a family member or friend that might be able to help, they said they would temporarily pause collection and seizure of goods until 2:30pm and that they had already attended my home and would return to my address and gain entry to my address whether I was home or not and would come back up until 9pm should he not hear back from me. I called him back once I had been fortunate enough to garner some financial help, he was unwilling to accept anything less than just under £900 as enough of a payment to stop any further collection action and then agreed for 2 further monthly payments of just over £300 to clear the debt in full. This one off payment has left me in financial hardship and left me in serious concern as to how I will manage to, firstly, make my payment for rent this month and, secondly, seriously worried as to how I will manage to afford to eat and feed my young son for the rest of this month. Given the fact that I had been advised that collection and enforcement would be paused and no action taken unless I failed to make contact and arrange payment on the 31/10/22 and then scared into making a payment I couldn't reallt afford to pay today I believe this would be grounds for, at the very least, an investigation into this unfair treatment and the fact that they didn't give me the opportunity to fulfil my commitment to make the down-payment I had promised to make today. I would argue that, given my treatment by this company, combined with the cost of living and energy crisis all of us are facing in the UK right now, Rundles should now have a discussion with me in regards to how they will resolve my serious and fair complaint in relation to their unscrupulous way in which they have mishandled my account and the unfair way in which they have now put me in a position of financial vulnerability. I feel more people need to post their reviews on here as I and so many people already have and I will be speaking with CAB as to how I can now take my complaint further

Didn’t even want to give 1 star rating…

Didn’t even want to give 1 star rating after The jobs worth I had round mine yesterday morning he was the Manager apparently. I suffer with memory loss and MH I had paid apart from £180 owing. They were waiting for me to prove my MH but have been waiting for diagnosis letter from psychiatrist which takes few weeks and totally forgot. He came yesterday morning now wanting £415 payment I tried to explain tht it’s a genuine mistake I could pay £180 now. But He didn’t wana know told me I had 48 hours to get the money told him I couldn’t he said ‘I haven’t even tried’ (has he not a clue about cost of living at the moment) then after going back and forth and tht I couldn’t pay fully, he said he’ll be back in 48hrs to remove goods then. They’re not civil enforcement just money thirsty bully’s.

Rundles needs to be struck off

The most out of touch company. Steve, the initial advisor I spoke with clearly lacked basic customer service skills, he was rude, didn't listen to what you had to say - spoke over me when I was speaking, very unhelpful and unprofessional. After explaining my circumstances and offering a payment plan that was realsitic, the best advice he could offer was 'can't help and we will proceed with enforcement' and threatened with further costings.
You would think in the current financial climate, Rundles would be more willing to help and accept a payment plan that works, an affordable payment plan is better than no payment at all. Clearly Rundles has no interest in a person's welfare, this company needs to be struck off.

The biggest bunch of cowboys ever

The biggest bunch of cowboys ever. Between Sutton council who are a shambles and are incapable of updating their records when informed and Rundles they have cost me money. 5 years after giving them my new address they were still writing to my old address. Have the satisfaction of giving Rundles the runaround for 6 months. The company needs to rot in hell and the people that work for them need to seriously think about why they work for an outfit like Rundles.

Will be writing to the financial ombudsmen and notifying the programme Watchdog to investigate.

I was appalled that Woking Borough…

I was appalled that Woking Borough Council use them to get money on a bus lane infringement. £30 increased to £174 and when I politely rang to ask for evidence from Rundles (representing WBC) she was just rude and it wasn’t her problem. Very very sad that it is legal to operate in this manner and take advantage of people who make genuine errors. Someone always seems to be there to take advantage of us. The government don’t seem to care …

They are idi0t5. They are backwards.

They are idi0t5. The outstanding bill was paid off ages ago, and some chancer bayliff still tries to hustle more money (asking for the last payments worth). Logged in and checked - it was paid off! Give the guys in the van an iPad with a SIM card so they can check their own website billing system before they knock the door.

Bullies that need to be shut down.

Ok this organisation should be reported to the financial authoroty, Advisors are rude and they are bullies. When called today and stated the Christians Against Poverty were dealing with my case they threatened court action and a prison sentence if payment was not recieved within 7 days. I believe the government needs to be informed of this organisation and it needs to be shut down with emediate effect. They have no concideration on peoples problems and we need to campaign to get these companies shut down.

Please sign my petition named Rundles Bullies on Change.org to get them shut down.
