I ordered a pair of trainers months ago. They are too small and for months now I have been trying to return them. The return link on the site does not work, I have emailed and used their help widget all to no avail.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I am trying to do a charge back with my bank but this also hasn’t been successful yet.
I only want to return the shoes!!!

Absolute scam artists. I ordered running shoes and received them so that part did work (you may receive your order). But I need to return them due to them being too small. Having the same issue as everyone else... No response by email, conveniently you cannot find a customer service number to call, conveniently there is also no return address stated on their website. So there is no way to make a return unless you want to sue the mother company in Germany and go through all that headache for a couple hundred euros. They know exactly what they're doing!

Ordered from this company which took longer than stated to arrive and now I wish to return, using their free returns service, the portal doesn't work. I have tried multiple times over the last week and it always says "something went wrong". You cannot contact them via email as they send you an automated response saying it's not monitored and they don't respond on social media or via their help submission form on their website!!

Not even 1 star. Order took ages. Want to return, but no way to generate label. No replied to emails. No contact number to call. Tearing my hair out as I need my £135 back. Do not order anything from them would be my advice.

How on earth do I get in touch with the customer service?

Having the same issue as many, I have been trying to contact for a week now regarding my purchase. The labels portal is not working and they are unresponsive.

I want to return a pair of trainers that are too small. The returns label doesn’t work. No answer from customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It states that it offers free returns, but the website does not generate a returns label.

Paid £136 for trainers, they don't fit, I have spent 4 days emailing for a returns label, as when you go into the form it states something went wrong.
Their automated email stated they are sorting their system.
Tried again to print label and now it states order number unknown.
They have my money, and I do not want the trainers.
Should of gone to review this company in the first place.

Unable to download return label and they do not respond to emails.

Can anyone help with an address where to send returns to.

Do not use this company. Found out the hard way that company was disolved on 11th March 2025. Why has the website not been closed down?

Can't generate returns label phone and email on autoresponse stuck with three pairs of shoes I don't want . Pain in the arse .

It is not possible to make a return with this business, and they do not reply to emails and even say as much in their automated emails. I would not recommend ordering from this business.

Excellent service from start to finish, both in communication and delivery. Honestly, even better than Asics themselves! They had given me a shipping date of March 24, which meant I wouldn’t have received my trainers until early May—but this service was much faster!

Competitive price and easy transaction- delivery was good but communication on delivery date / time could be a bit sharper

Bad experience with them.
The shoes are coming from Germany I think.
my shoes broke after a couple of months and I wanted to return.
they have accepted but it was a difficult process to return and the links they sent me never worked so eventually I had to send them myself with DPD.
apparently they needed a power of attorney to receive the return witch they have not provided in time so I get the broken shoes returned
bad experience overall.
Loss of time and money

Not happy with their customer service. I get trainers, they have been to small. Trying return but QR code for return doesn't work. Form on website doesn't work as well. i send email and asked to generate return label , no answer. Never again this company .

I ordered my Nike structure 25 late Sunday evening, had an invoice through Tuesday to say DPD would pick them up, my DPD app updated Thursday to say they were on route, delivered first thing Friday. Great experience, good comms, product is exactly what I expected and as described and £20 cheaper than Nike and in the beautiful royal blue colour you can’t get in the uk! Super happy, great company, will use again!
