The company's response time is excellent. I was a bit nervous, at first, since I had not heard of them. But my concerns were gone once I ordered a sample. The finished product is beautiful. The final look of my circular staircase is exactly what I had hoped for.

Runner arrived quickly and is just as described! It’s PERFECT. I won’t hesitate to go back should I need another carpet. I needed to cut out a section because of a floor vent, and because of the rubber backing the rug remained intact (no runs) and beautiful

Delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. Runner is a bit rough to the touch but with a rug pad underneath is plenty soft enough for a set of stairs. Width and length a bit short of what was ordered so be cautious of fhay6.
