Great product! But It was disappointing that our original product choice was discontinued after waiting over 2 months for delivery. A replacement was offered at an increased current price instead of actual price at original time of purchase. Customer service was not proactive to report accurate delivery status until we called for information. We called 3 times...no one ever answered the phone, so we left messages and again waited. we finally received an email advising product was discontinued. Left us thinking maybe this was not a legitimate company. Our credit card was charged and billed immediately, even though nothing shipped for over 2 months. The order status online didn't update until we contacted customer service. Once we received a call, the replacement order shipped quickly and the runner was everything we hoped for. We appreciate everything our customer service representative did to help.

Embarrassingly we miss measured our stair runner twice, but Run Rug happily replaced it twice without any question.

The pattern and length were great. Wish it was a little thicker but it looks great.

Purchased a 4.5mtr hallway runner several years ago from here which was good quality, just redecorated the hallway and needed a new one to suit the new colour scheme. Nowhere else has such a choice as RunRug. Mine arrived on time by DHL.

The only problem we are having because it's on carper it keeps rucking up and moving . Is there anyway we can do to stop it .

Really helpful to be able to customise size as I was struggling to find size I needed...came across this company by accident on line and was not disappointed...great choice and very fast service ..lovely rug delivered and would definately use again.
