Fast shipping & Great customer service

I had an awesome experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong size (thinking it was American sizing) so I emailed them explaining the situation and they switched the size with no hesitation. I think it was Holly who replied to my email. It also got here in a timely manner, within less than a week I believe. The only thing is the prices are a bit high, but so far the quality seems to be up to par.

Refund not honoured - BEWARE of this business do not buy!!

It was advised a full refund would be provided if returned within timeframes. Item was returned as it was too big and not of good quality. I only received a partial refund with no explanation as to why and I am now being ignored from the customer service team. Won’t be ordering again, over priced and terrible customer service. #447814

Update:
I have not received a response today from anyone from your customer care team as per your response. You have charged me $21.95 not $12 which I can see you have done to other people upon reviewing the below reviews the exact same amount of $21.95 which is above international shipping rates and not advertised as the to return rate on your website or your response. This business is a disgrace first the lie of a response I didn’t receive and then over charging on “shipping costs” such a load of crap. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I hope you enjoy hearing from the ACCC

This company are absolute scammers they perceive to be customer focused to deter your honest review but it is all an act shop elsewhere plenty of other clothing companies with great customer service and clear returns policies outlined online. Runway scout are making money off sending you trash clothing and then providing partial refunds seems to be an ongoing occurrence from previous reviewers. “Small business” more like scam artists the lot of them

As a business, we’re able to secure discounted rates for outgoing shipments due to the volume of parcels we send. This allows us to offer you a lower rate for delivery. However, for returns, the rates are based on standard postal rates, which are higher as they don’t benefit from the same bulk discounts. It would also cost you more if you purchased a satchel directly with Australia Post. We’re always working to keep costs as fair as possible, and we hope this helps clarify the difference.

Could you please let me know what you would like us to do to help - we can refund you the difference of $2.05 between the outgoing and ingoing postage rates?

I ordered a dress from here for my birthday

I ordered a dress from here for my birthday. I paid an extra $15 for express shipping. It's now been 3 days and I haven't received any confirmation that my order is even being prepared to be shipped. I reached out to them and was advised someone would respond in "a few hours" It's 6 hours with zero response. I feel like I have been ripped off and they won't even take the time to acknowledge it. Very disappointed.

Hi Chloe, I think you may have us confused with another brand, as we can't find a record of your order anywhere or any email correspondence from you. We also reply straight away to our customers and don't advise we'll get back to them in "a few hours". And we also don't charge $15 for express shipping (we charge a flat rate of $9.95). I have looked up the express shipping charge for Runaway The Label and think you may have got us confused with them as they charge $14.95. Wonderful customer service, quick delivery.

I absolutely love my knit set and the customer service has been amazing! So good I placed another order the day my item arrived!

My item arrived quickly! Just need the weather to warm up now so I can show it off!!

I will purchase again I’m sure. There are so many gorgeous pieces to choose from.

Smells and terrible quality

I received several items from this brand. Two tops and a jumper. The clothes I have received smelt really bad!! And the quality of the spicy margs red jumper was SHOCKING!! I feel like you could buy this jumper for 20 dollars at target rather than paying the money they are asking.
This is such a shame as it looks so great on the photos but such a let down.

I sincerely apologise for this. I have checked the tracking on your order and it is currently awaiting collection at your local post office (since 30 April).

I would recommend visiting your local post office as soon as you able to, with relevant ID, so you can collect your parcel :-) I have separately emailed you your tracking link tonight (which was also emailed to you when your order was dispatched from our warehouse on 18 April).

As you have a hotmail address, our emails could potentially be redirecting to your junk mail/spam folders. Again, I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.

Do NOT buy from them

Do NOT buy from them. I got ripped off 200$ for a potato bag I was sent by DHL instead of the dress on their website. The website looks legit and very deceiving images. When asked for return I only got partial refund of 110 so they still made money by delivering literal trash to my door.

The dress you ordered was $130 USD, and you received a refund of $110 USD as we pay for your return postage, and then deduct this when we process your refund. Exceptional quality and customer service.

Return shipping from US $$$$$$

Everything I received was beautiful but size XS too big on me. I would not recommend ordering from Runway Scout if you live in the US because returning items costs a small fortune! They do not even provide a return label, which makes it an even bigger hassle!

Quality clothes, great customer service

I have placed numerous orders through Runway Scout and always received my items quickly with no issues. I recently return an order that didn’t quite suit me and the return process was seamless, all done through their website and return postage included. I contacted their customer service team and their reply was prompt and courteous.

Returns process is complicated and expensive

I bought a dress through this website recently (for the first time) and it was too large. I was hoping to exchange for a smaller size. On the website there is no option to exchange. I can only return the item and then repurchase. I went through the return process and they wanted to deduct $21.80 off my full price item for return shipping and handling fees even though their policy is to refund in full for full price items within the return timeframe? I complained and they responded saying it was an error, however, they will still charge me $12 to ship the item back even though I only paid $9.95 originally to have the item shipped to me? Has been a long tedious back and forth on email and no longer have the dress in my possession. I definitely won't be purchasing off this site again. Its way too hard and shipping costs are inconsistent and too expensive. Most online retailers offer free returns or exchanges but I have now paid $21.95 in shipping for a dress I don't own. Its nearly parity to international shipping fees!

Great quality and fit

Average Customer Service

My total order came to $99.98 and to get free shipping you needed to spend $100. I asked if I could pay the extra 2 CENTS to receive free shipping in which they said no, bit disappointing.

Just feel customer service could of provided some sort of solution 🤷🏼‍♀️

Amazing company

Amazing company. I live in the UK and they always send immediately, and Greta is wonderful I have had to email a few times and my issue has always been resolved, and I’ve been dealt with amazingly. Not to mention the clothes are always beautiful. Thanks again Xx
